One of the worst McDonald’s to visit. Very useless service. I went here for a breakfast ordered for a jam porridge , coffee and donut, eat in . First they didn’t give the Eat-in tray, I had to go and ask them, second for jam porridge they didn’t give the jam, went and asked them again, then I checked they didn’t give the spoon , again went and asked them .Coffee is prepared earlier and by the time I get all the stuffs , it becomes cold coffee.This is not the first time , every time they screw the orders , few items are missed.Also just to show their orders are fast moving they are moving the order number to “please collect” from preparing screen , but actual thing is they are yet to prepare the order , when I went to collect they say order is getting prepared. Then why the shift they move the orders to collect , if they are preparing. Just to show their internal numbers, that they are preparing the orders fast, they are doing this dirty thing.Completely bad McDonald’s . Better visit Hounslow high street McDonald’s, avoid this.

Food was fresh and service good. The downside was 3 separate incidents within the space of 30mins of being approached by beggars, in the car park and inside the establishment.

Ordered in store as the drive through was rather busy, managed to order what I wanted however they missed my mcflurry which was disappointing. The apple pie wasn't really bad but it wasn't great either

Standard McDonalds really.Service can be slow sometimes but its nice when you do get quick service and leave with your food.I'm always ordering off the machine and the quality of the food so far has been good.Luckily the chips are always crispy when I get them, so hopefully it stays like that.

Service was awesome. They try to keep it clean because it is in an area close to the airport. We saw a lot of hungover people sleeping at tables. Other than that it was great. Food was good, bathroom was clean, and staff were friendly.
I’m normally quite a patient person but 20 min for 3 pancakes is abit much for anyone not to mention the amount of times they took food out of one bag put in another it’s like 1 Brain between 13 people. Clueless there’s one down the road much better in comparison to this one.
