Had an awful experience today. The food was burnt and customer service was worse. I collected two pizzas on the way home from work. At home when we opened the boxes, one was burnt.I phoned the restaurant and explained that one of the pizzas was burnt. I asked for a replacement pizza but was told that they could not deliver as we were outside the delivery radius. I asked them to make another pizza and asked my daughter to pick it up.She then had to wait for 45 minutes from my phone call for the pizza to be ready.I phoned the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager.I spoke to Shazeb and explained the whole situation. He did not even apologise for the whole episode. Eventually the pizza was collected but our evening was ruined.My advice for the owner of this branch is to look at the whole staffing situation. Firstly, the standard of food is poor and customer service is non existent.Upon checking other reviews, I am not the least surprised at the number of negative comments.I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again.

I LITERALLY FOUND A HAIR COOKED UNDER THE OILY CHEESE. I REPEAT, A HAIR WAS COOKED INTO THE PIZZA. and the cookie dough was actually drenched and drowning in oil??? I feel sick even thinking about the experience

Im a regular customer and I ordered pizza from here a lot of times for a few years now and I had no issues my pizza being cold etc, every time my pizza tastes good and I also had no issues with the staff. Don’t let these comments convince you they serve bad pizza.

I ordered Large Margarita , the lady that served myself had on covid mask, and whenever she spoke to people asking enquires or her colleagues she took the face masks down. Whenever she spoke to me she put her face ask up and kept this up. This took away from my customer confidence as I do not have COVID. Secondly I could not see them making the pizza but they were fairly impolite and sweeping up rubbish while making my pizza. This lead me to question there hygiene standards. Why not serve your customers and wait until the store is closing to start sweeping rubbish , dust and other things around the food. The reason for this review is since I have eaten the pizza I have had Headache and have been coughing excessively. The point is I do not feel well. Please consider the above facts before choosing to eat from this take-away joint.Dietary restrictions: Normal Margarita Pizza large

Ordered chocolate chip cookie dough and they sent a BURNT white chocolate chip and caramel one which tasted disgusting. When I called to let them know, they simply said we've ran out of the other one so sent this instead - when told they should have called me to check first the lady said 'hmm' they couldn't care less. Pathetic service from deepa/deepika whatever her name was.

The pizza and the wings were cold, soggy base was Still raw . There was no double cheese which I paid for not worth for £36 . 0 ⭐️
Nice pizzas. Chicken supreme and chicken sizzler. Also the Mac and cheese side so good.

04/10 Friday went get some food 11.42pm.they spouse to close 12.man came from inside and said sorry man closed.wow what a customer service.very unprofessional.Pizza Hut top management should obey with this when you do the random visit

Paid nearly £26 for a pizza through Uber Eat and it was the worse pizza I had for a very long time. Little cheese, so much chopped tomatoes, tasteless. Will never buy from Pizza Hutt again. Even the cheapest local pizza place is much better than this.

Pizza was freshly baked and was delivered hot and was full of toppings, the gentleman who answers the call is professional and also diligent to order details and the delivery guy was in time and handed over the pizza with a smile :)

Very dody and dishonest. Ordered a pizza some time ago. Gave my debit card detail over the phone. Next day couple of suspicious transaction took place in Milton Keynes and Essex. Rang this store and asked manager to speak to me, he was't available. Left my contact detail but he never returned to my phone call. Stay away from this pizza when using your bank card
