I was served by two Indian ladies this morning just after 8 am..I go there every morning for my coffee which I should stop because how rude they both are!! First of all the drive thru is always blocked when those two are working so you’re only able to walk in and get your coffee, on the other hand they never even greet you. They are extremely rude and I wouldn’t recommend going there because the coffee those two make are disgusting!!! Starbucks should really review what kind of people they hire!!!

Good place to have coffee with plenty of car park spaces.Drinks are only served on takeaway cups. Any fancy drinks with cream are just squashed.App ordering seems to cause issues as the barista did not put cream or addition all items stating not mentioned on the ticket.Food items ordered through the app does not get ready to pick up with drinks, rather need to queue again to get them. System is broken.I would recommend order in-person if you want your items served together and reduce queuing.Toilets are not clean at all.Parking is restricted to 90mins.Parking: 90 mins max stay

We have ordered a couple of drinks for our staffs -( 10 drinks in total ) we ordered drinks vary, and none of drinks reach the standard, drinks were not steaming it well, and we could not taste any coffee on drinks or milk, it was really poor service that we received, i can not recommend this shop to

This is cheating outlet. Be careful. Card payment was cheated. I bought two coffee and two muffin. Charged £14.01 by cardParking: Cheating outlet. I bought two coffee black and two muffin. When I saw my bank statement. Card deduction was £24.01.
Came here to relax before going to the airport on Oct 29 and was here at this location around 11ish till about 12 ish. At first, the 2 girls working at that time were super nice ( 1 asian girl, 1 Indian girl, both looked young) when we were placing our order. This location was such a disappointment because they were "not" serving iced coffee at that time, like what?!?!?!!? Whyyyyyyyy!!!!... Anyway, they were also not serving chocolate croissant?????? Who runs this location and what is going on!!!!..... wait till i say the rest.....We got the drinks and the lemon cake and cake pop, super fast. 10mns later I want to go to the bathroom. This Logsdon has bathrooms that had codes at the time i was there. I tried to get in the bathroom, BUT it needed a code. During that time. There was ANOTHER Indian lady who worked there, but she seemed like she was on break or lunch. There was another customer that seemed like he had the code to the men's bathroom, which he tried to get in the bathroom and struggled meanwhile the lady on break or lunch just starred at him struggle until she finally got up and helped him open the bathroom.I asked that same lady if she could help me get the women's bathroom open. She then made me understand that she would NOT help me and instead to go ask the other girls at the front for the code. I go and ask the other 2 girls and they kept telling me "the door is not locked it should open, or if it doesnt open, someone is there" so i wait another 10-15 mns (at this time i was already waiting 10-15mns but decided to wait more even though through out this whole time NO ONE came ouf of the bathroom, so no there was no one there)Long story short, i go up to the front AGAIN and the Indian girl FINALLY devides to go and put the code in for the bathroom ??....it was a HASSLE trying to get these employees to help me with the bathroom situation. I waited over 30mns for someone to open the door with the code. I WILL be reporting this to corporate for the lack of stuff available for us customers to buy AND the TERRIBLE customer service I received that day.I do NOT recommend this location...

This place is absolutely filthy, it's disgusting. Your shoes stick to the floor, the chairs haven't been wiped in god knows how long. There's litter everywhere too.

Nice venue. Staff were friendly and helpful.Shame scooters parked in disabled bays that doesn't help when you need accessibility.Ordered hot chocolate, was tasty but was not hot so spoke to staff very quickly offered to make a hot one which was actually really hot and how it should be.Wasn't too busy parking was limited but if definitely go again.Thanks

Every time I come to this place the service is so slow and they take ages to make drinks! Especially their weekend staff! Starbucks are so lucky they have such good branding and loyalty that most people will just put up with it but it’s not okay!! It shouldn’t take more than 15 mins to make a caramel machiatto in an empty shop!

This is my regular Starbucks that I hit up and there is a reason why I visit this place regularly, staff are super friendly and the atmosphere is great and let's not forget accessibility off the dual carriageway.
