Went to Subway near the Horseshoe - in the Esso Gas Petrol station today 20/09/19 tw6 3pf. 2 of us waiting to be served and no staff anywhere to be seen... i called out twice to the back bit anyone there.... 9 minutes later a woman appeared "Shiva" i said are you open for service today. She replied we do have other work to do in the back and we dont have cameras fitted to see that you are waiting to be served...... Sorry i asked love..... you obviously need to be sent on a customer service course....

I visited in subway Hounslow branch and I am a regular visitor. Today I got worst service in the world. Their so called branch manager Diana she is the rudest lady in the world. She don’t hav any sense how to talk with customer and if u want to talk to her she will nt listen u she behave with u that u don’t exist here. I will not prefer this branch if Diana is working there

Wasn't my first choice of fast-food today, but my usual go to places were packed on account of it being the summer holidays. I had discount vouchers for Subway so decided to give it a shot. Subway gets stars for there being no queue, my discount voucher making my meal a good deal, and that my sub could be customised to how I like it. It also gets a star for having plenty of seating available. It loses a star as it looked a bit of a mess and the tables needed wiping down, it took a couple of minutes for the cashier to process my voucher and he had to faf about a bit to do so.

Great service - Diana is cool. But £6.30 for steak and cheese is supposed to be £5.99 as per website.
You won't find anything appealing here. What shocked me the most was that their toilet was password protected and the only way you can use the loo is if you have purchased something and the unique password reflected on your bill receipt. Preposterous.

Well, it's just a normal subway like any other, the only thing to change would be the staff who don't have a smile on the faces, I know it gets busy but just a smile on a face lights up the customers
