Very unprofessional staff and miscommunication.I went for Xmas Dinner with my family and was informed by the staff that we cannot take your Xmas order because the chef is still in preparation and we need to wait for 30 min for which we agreed, We luckily ordered other stuff as well which came after a long wait of 46 min, but after the wait of 46 min no staff came to inform about the Xmas dinner ,then we went to counter and were told the chef cannot make it as he is busy with other orders, It was very frustrating that staff are telling us when we went to check our order after 46 min. We have to share food between us and were still hungry , The staff has no duty towards customers as I saw other customers were also ignored and were arguing with the staff about their food. To be honest it was not busy time when we went .No idea what went wrong with your service?Most of the staff were also not bothered about the situation as they were leaving the counter intermittently and were enjoying chips themselves where the customers were sitting with the drinks only . How could staff having food and the customers who ordered are waiting. Such great friendly staff on both occasions I have been will definitely be going back. It was my partners birthday and the owner is the best and as i mentioned it was her birthday they brought over a cake and all sang happy birthday will all the staff and made a lovely fuss. Would definitely recommend as so friendly and staff go above and beyond.Dietary restrictions: Was asked when ordering food first if there was any allergies or dietary requirements this was so nice to be asked first before ordering for once.Kid-friendliness: Fantastic having a meal with our kids staff where so friendly.

Greene King pubs are always reliable and the food is excellent. Free car parking and usually lots of tables free. Decent atmosphere with large sports tv’s. I went during the weekday and it was quiet, cannot comment on the busier nights.Parking: Free car parkWheelchair accessibility: Very accessible

This pub has left me incandescent with rage! After spending my hard-earned money at the Honeycombe, it is outrageous to then be fined for using what I assumed to be a customer car park. This practice seems deceitful and is unacceptable customer treatment. Consequently, I have resolved to never go to a Greene King again! Feels like an episode of Shameless in there as well... Depressing!

Jamie really has made this pub somewhere I want to go again!!! We used to be regulars but felt everything went downhill until Jamie greeted us a few weeks ago! Last time I was there I was having a really bad day, he picked up on my vibe immediately and within seconds I had a smile on my face!! His attention to detail and customer focus is what will make this pub a success and stand out from the rest in the area! An absolute asset to The Honeycombe and Greene King! We also spent more because of Jamie’s upselling!! ???

Factory tasting food. Asked for a cold glass for my beer, they said cold glasses were only for the sodas. Fight broke out - chair was thrown, not the pub's fault but the place had all the charm modernized out of it. I don't recommend.
