I never put bad reviews about any food chain as I come from hospitality background. But this time I couldn't stop myself..we had burger meal today in afternoon at around 4.30pm ..it was chicken crispy burger and chicken royal meal and kids meal..and haulami fries.. the burger was drenched in mayonnaise..haulami dint had any dip to go with it..and after eating this meal me and husband are feeling sick. I don't know why but very disappointed. I am not writing this to have any discount or any vouchers. Just felt to put this reviews. Just feeling horrible after having eat.

Not awful but not exactly great either. Nice enough burger king food but they didn't get order correct when serving the food. Not a major issue and sorted very easily but better to get correct in the first place. Coffee machine was down and it doesn't have lots of fizzy drink options like other, larger burger kings do. Generally not terrible, food ok, staff polite and quick but also not smashing it out of any parks anytime soon.

When I got my my meal one of the girls who was training she apologised for the delay as it was her first day. And it was her first day. I had no problem as we all start somewhere and the staff were good

Very bad experience overall. Understaffed, inexperienced manager that cannot deal with simple requests and the quality of food disappointing. Find an alternative instead
Unexperienced staff and costumer service. Order 2 hours late and cold. I think I don't need to say anything else.

Gets a one as cant score lower. Staffs attitude is apaulling. Just throw receipts instead of handing them over. no please's thank you's or anything. Just lazy members of staff with a disgusting attitude. Also how can you not have large meals. Advertised so should be able to provide. Useless is an understatement.
