Poor customer service, no manners or respect for customers. Food was not all that, crunchy chips which was hard nothing inside. Doner lacked any flavour and the wings was also dry.

I had ordered food at 9:47 PM and requested for delivery from the website directly. The order was confirmed but had not been delivered i had waited up to 11pm which is their closing time and there was still no delivery. I tried calling the restaurant 53 times and had no answer. The phone kept going to their fax machine which beeped and i was not able to speak to any staff to edit an important detail. I still had not received my order and i am very unhappy with this service. I hope that the restaurant has not ignored my order as i did not pay online. If they have this is very rude and inconsiderate. I have 2 disabled children who were becoming impatient and the service i had received today is very unfair.

Owner name Forhad is very rude and abusive with visitors at shop. He treat any walk in visitor or customers like beggars. Please avoid this shop if you can there are lots of chicken shops out there. Should complain to authority for this kind of behaviour! Very bad

We order take away frequently and usually only go for grilled food options which are good value and tasty. They often forget the order add ons so worth reminding when collecting.

Was trying to get guys attention coz he was so busy on the phone chatting away, not taking a order, no customer service. wings tiny like tip of your little finger, spicy as hell, not for kids. Food smelt like it’s been fried in the same oil for the whole year, won’t be returning ever, just pop 2 doors down to spice hut. Only came here ciz spice hut had queues coming out onto the street

Best chicken/pizza /kebab takeaway in town. Hands down.Edit: 10 years update - moved a few doors down and stil the best takeaway in town.Keeping up to date with the times too with menu updates such as grilled menu, Indian menu and naga wings. Still has all the fan favourites. Chicken and pizza.
