Just want to say a massive thank you to the staff at Cookies & Cream Barkingside - We ordered 2xCookie Doughs tonight but unfortunately the Ubereats driver got our ordered mixed up and we received 2xOreo milkshakes instead. I called the shop right away and management took it up with Ubereats on our behalf. They called us back later to apologise even though technically it wasn’t their fault. Your service made up for all of the mix up tonight and for that we are grateful - Thank YOU! P.S The Oreo milkshakes were awesome! ?

The desserts are very sub-par. The cheesecake doesn't taste like one at all, maybe out of date, and their cookie dough was too soft and fluffy, below average.

This used to be a good spot many years ago but unfortunately it has gone down hill. The Caramel Tart was extremely hard and the custard that came with it was heated up in the microwave.The Apple Pie was awful, tasteless and very doughy. Honestly, I would stick to the McDonalds rather than this.Overall a very bad experience. I won’t be going back ever!

Banofee pie was super hard bought in from outside the store for sure. Churros were amazing crispy with a nice selection of chocolate dips and ice cream.

Customer service was excellent.Waffles and ice cream was great. My nieces had a very good time loved every minute of it.
Disappointed. Poor tasting desserts for the money you pay. The brown bags they give you takeaways in smell so bad they put you off your food. Not again for me.

We visited today as a family treat and were pretty disappointed ? I wouldn't recommend this particular dessert place. My daughter said her crepe was nice but she wished it was a little softer. She was literally gritting her teeth trying to cut the crepe with a knife and fork. Never known a crepe to be hard unless it was stale or overcooked. Maybe it was warmed up in a microwave. The smoothie ordered was not thick as expected it was more like a juice. Tasted okay. Not awful but certainly not great. I will not be going back.

Would give zero stars if possible!Used to love this place.Our recent visit:Sold us a rock hard and dry tiramisu with no taste.We complain and had to request (rather than being offered) something else- we tried the Oreo cheese cake and it tasted stale and gone off. We complained again….The staff member denied there being a problem and said they sell many without complaints!He told us they were fresh from this morning.Do not recommend at all. Will not be returning ever again.What a waste of money and an evening there.
