I would like to thank you all team at this brunch! It’s one of the best brunches in the whole UK to visit!!! All the team are very friendly and positive people! Despite of hard work, long hours shifts and pressure at busy times, staff always remain calm and friendly. I am receiving high quality drinks and great service at the same time!!! Liliana is one of my favourite baristas. She is always smiling to me, she remembers all my drinks that I like, she makes sure I get served fast as I have a baby with me, she is brilliant!!! I am very pleased with this brunch and I really enjoy the quality of their drinks and amazing service that I receive!!! It is always a pleasure to visit this wonderful branch of Costa in Barkingside :)I have been umpteen times and it's probably the ambience and level of service staff which makes it my numero uno choice.The staff are service friendly (though unfamiliar with their names ) - they really do are assets and service efficient .
This was my first visit to this shop. I was pleasantly surprised. It was a lot larger inside than it looked outwardly. The staff were nice and friendly. The service was quick, but we did not realise our order was ready as no one called us over to get it (toast and mint tea); however, it was very tasty! The customers were adequately seated away from each other. Toilets and a ramp were available for anyone with or without a disability to access. Overall it was a very good experience. Thank you.
