Omg what can I say. Walked in there ordered chicken burger and wings meal literally took 10 mins to get prepared. They are busy talking rubbish with colleagues.Food is salty and no taste. Wings were horrible. I would not even try the food for free let alone paying. Zero star. They have no food hygiene on the door. That means they are hiding. Never visiting this place again. Worst to try. Avoid avoid avoid if you want good food try somewhere else.

This place is horrific. Chicken wings and burger meat was raw and absolutely nasty. Do not eat here I feel physically sick. They do not wear gloves and is just a dirty place overall.

WHAT A LET DOWN!!!!!! Use to come here all the time, use to be best kebab in town!!!!!! So disappointed my veg kebab with salad was congealed mix of veg with cheese and soggy pitta, portion of jalapeños was a total of 3 jalapeños, my husbands lamb Shish £14.60 for meat In a pitta no salad on top as stated in the order, see picture attached, all round awful and will not be ordering from here again
Been to this place some time ago and since Syed Abbas took over, it has been much better in terms of service. Special food requirements taken very good care of and the guy treats his customers with courtesy. Give him a medal… thank you Abbas.

Don't trust them. And certainly don't order from them via Just-Eat. They didn't deliver an order over £40 and all the guy at Dixy would say is it has been delivered and you can call the police if you want to. That was it.Edit: I don't know if the owners have changed, but the in-shop service is better. And the food is pretty good. I still wouldn't order via just-eat. But that goes for any shop or takeaway. Just-eat in London now employs people rather than self employed. They get paid whether or not they deliver. I know of other cases where the delivery guys just don't care.
Please read all, have some important information for all of you n before wasting your money. They always put too much spices in wings n make it hot that burn people tongue and this spices give stomach aches after eating. They don't change oil properly as well n wings become salty as well. Also overcook the wings and make it blackish. It should be golden colour. Disgusting and horrible. Everyone don't like spices in wings thats why you are losing customers and the guys in the front are proper rude. Point to be noted- they cook too much wings together n sell it for hours n hours dry like wood n keep busy in gossiping all of them inside n front. Pizza used to be nice here 1.5 years before now a days pizza taste is disgusting too. Have zero knowledge about customer service, proper cowboys are there. It's my local shop i saw several times they argue with customers n don't value them at all. All staffs there inside n front all busy with talking n gossiping, busy with mobile rather than focusing food quality, customer service n behaviours. They(front staffs) are always argumental n rude. Once customers bring anything to your knowledge you should respect it n honour them as you are getting wages from their money spending here. I hope the owner of this shop should be little bit aware of their front staffs behaviours n should tell them why they getting paid for and also focus on quality of food not burning tongue spicy wings with overcooked, blackish, salty due to not changing the oil for long time!!Otherwise your front rude staffs will ruin your business by bad behaviour n being argumental n kitchen people will keep making rubbish foods!! thank you.

Pizza is good. Wing cold, chips cold, beef burger is burnt with MAYO!! Old salad no tomatoe or tamatoe sauce! Every single time we have used this place the same bad service! How can u cook burgers on a grill and burn them. Called but 514 1000 9s dead number
