I ordered for delivery and I didn’t like the pizza dough so I called them back but the manager of that store is so disgusting.. trying to defend himself that I made the pizza and I know I made it correctly.. and what not such a horrible thingReally disappointed..Gants hill branch really needs to change their manager..

The quality of the service is satisfactory, however, it would be beneficial for the company to recruit individuals who possess a clear understanding of the English language and can communicate fluently in English. It can be quite exasperating when I encounter an issue with my order, and the staff are unable to comprehend my concern due to language barriers.

Orderd pizza and chicken,both was stone cold,driver took 15 minutes plusses 15 minutes to find my house,I gave him instructions but still was late and cold I called shop and manager was unhelpful, and aside I could have a refund in five days,

We ordered pizza from dominos a few weeks back and the pizza was lovely. Delivery time was quick and food was piping hot when delivered. Their app is easy to use and interactive. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because they do not serve halal meat and if they do it is not well advertised. Dominos would kill all local competition if they began using halal meat and slightly lowered their prices.Nonetheless the pizza was great and will be ordering again some time in the future.

Thin and crusty felt like I was biting into a biscuit. We had ordered two large pizzas - one was cooked well and another was over cooked/fried.Cheese was low and overall quality sucked. Never ordering from here again.

One of the bad stores. They don’t even know how to speak with customers. They speak very rude and they even say why I keep ordering when I don’t get what I need? I asked to change the dip for a side order, they said yes. When I received the order the dip was not changed and the lady on the phone says why I keep ordering when I don’t receive that and also says to go ahead and complain instead of speaking to them. Don’t expect a good customer service from here.
Horrible service. We ordered 1vege supreme and classic cheese & tomato and to my shock I received a cheeseburger. We are strictly vegetarian and the mixup of having a non vegetarian pizza put us off of having dinner. My son accidentally ate the pizza too. The guy on the phone said it would take them 20 mins to get the correct pizza. They expected us to wait for 20 mins and then start dinner that would be cold. I requested a refund and the guy said next time they would send 2 free pizza’s and wouldn’t give me a refund. Why would I get pizza from the same place where they push the blame on a delivery driver who only picks what they get ready. Be careful of what you get from your order. I sincerely hope I get the refund for the food we had to throw.

Awful personal…Don’t buy whit card, instead buy whit cash. They cancel my order and never refund. They told me refund is 5 to 10 working day….never happen.Not recommend.
