The food is great from here…when it’s cooked properly. I’ve been ordering takeaway from firecracker for about a year now. And 9/10 times its great. But this is the second time my chicken balls have come undercooked. I ordered egg fried rice, chicken balls and crispy squid. All were fine but the chicken balls. Half the portion were still pink and far from cooked inside. There was also some sort of foil in the batter of one of the chicken balls. Quite disappointing this time around. Firecracker please quality check your dishes before sending them out.

Came first time to this place, and food was amazing! They offered us a complimentary dish too. Deffo worth coming here. Just to add, there's no toilets here. Opposite resturant were kind enough to let us use theirs.

Our experience here has always been good. The staff is so friendly and considerate. It feels good when you are treated well and made to feel comfortable...All the more, their food is amazing. We love Thai curry, Kung Pao Chicken, amongst the other dishes... Seriously worth trying...The rates are reasonable too...Vegetarian options: They have quite a few vegetarian options including Veg fried rice etc.

I ordered food had to wait 1 hoursaid they came to my house then left and refunded me but they did not come at all called them they said my house wasn't accessible then I ordered again they immediately cancelled my order not reccomended

Disappointed to show up and it not be open, everywhere stated that it should be open. I tried to phone them a couple of times to enquire but no luck.
