Very rude member of staff. Argued with me about having milk in black coffee as we asked for white..instead of being professional and polite he argued with me insisting I asked for black. Really rude man! I'm not going back there again. I've been to several Greggs and they are polite. What makes this one in Ilford any different? Greggs is a stable and their varied menu has improved immensely recently. I popped in for breakfast was very positively surprised, as my order was made fresh and hit the spot perfectly!The only downside of this Greggs is that they don't put many of their sandwiches out, as, unfortunately, people help themselves to the produce without paying. Signs of the times I guess?!Vegetarian options: Loads of vegan options now, which is improving all the time.Wheelchair accessibility: Street level with no curb

Went to greggs after going out shopping. My mum had ordered 2 steak bakes , 2 margarita pizzas, a sausage roll and a star cookie. We go outside to eat the steak bakes and to our surprise they were chicken bakes, I take them back and he goes to me that I will have to wait 10 mins for them, considering that we had already paid for them and was supposed to get them the first time, we didn’t wait as we were just grabbing something quick. On top of this, he also tried putting other things into the bag that my mum didn’t even order. Need to listen more carefully to what is being said and what the customer wants. Bad customer service, as normally they are quite good but today was absolutely ridiculous.

All I can say is they do not make enough of the vegan baguettes, consistently don't have them or have run out. Today it was 12pm and they had run out, and sadly they were not interested to make any more.

Extremely slow service, not a lot of choice most days in the sandwich and hot food partitions, unlike other Greggs. Time to close this one down I think.
