The woman serving wearing glasses she didn't let my 5 year old son sit down on the chair to open his drink that we bought from greggs because apparently we had only paid for "takeaway" which she didn't even ask me at the counter. My 5 year old son cried saying I just want to open my drink. All the customers in the line said that was really mean of her and she shouldn't have said it in such a nasty way she made my 5 year old son cry. Very disgusting behaviour from staff.

I love Greggs I go almost every week and buy something and I also have the odd offer as well to use at the shop so it's constant in my life. The atmosphere is friendly, the assistants are absolutely wonderful and I have no complaints whatsoever. the food is pretty good. although the sausage roll gives me heartburn it's a guilty pleasure. I recommend to everyone and anyone visiting.

Most of the Greens I have been have soya milk and this one doesn’t have , as well the services was really rude , I love Greggs but I’ll never come back to this one

I enjoyed coffee at Greggs 3-4 times while in Ilford. The packet of chocolate sugar on top was perfect. Good choice of pastries. Lunch sandwiches looked good but I was not there for lunch. Coffee + Pastry was about 4.

Called In just before 2.00 pm to get a soup recently, person behind counter tipped end of soup into a cup, not for me but for herself, when I asked for the soup she said ‘no’ that soup was for her, and off she walked back stage so I had no chance of buying it ?

Great place to go and the staff are nice and friendly. And at the end of the day they do not throw the left overs they are donated to drugs and alcohol service,rough sleepers or homeless people. So many people reep the benefits of donated food. So God bless them all

I always visit any of Greggs’ branches to have the vegan sausage roll. The vegan festive bake is also nice. The vegetable bake wasn’t that good.

Ordered food online couldnt even get my order right missed half the order, they have only 1 job could'nt even do that right they still got it wrong poor customer service really poor customer service wont be using this place again don't deserve even 1 star.
