Service is very bad. Always shows an arrogant attitude. Will never give ketchup. If we ask they will say company did not provide.

KFC is Burnt and dry- almost like the refry old chicken. It has been disgusting several times buying from them. The food is pooor and service is bad and they always get orders wrong. DO NO GO HERE.

the lady that served me at seven kings kfc was not really nice to me. she made a mistake with my order and kept being disrespectful and not wanting to give me the right order. she kept asking me to give her my phone for a calculato which made me feel weird and kept kissing her teeth and not giving me my correct order when i didnt give her a calculator. very disrespectful from her and not recomended at all.27/12/2023 time: 15:10

If your a fitness nut you should come here it's cheaper than the gym just beware to find the nearest toilet after. I recommend mccaffertys. Came here today and left with food poisoning that the manager on shift couldn't care about and now I cannot work my 8 hr shift so I'm out more then the 5 pound I paid. Will be sending a complaint over to the Redbridge or ilford food standards.

Have been here plenty of times and it's alright for eating in and out the venue is somewhat small but there is always room to eat in there and the service and staff run well and fluent I wouldn't complain and its also in perfect location to compete with other chicken shops and bite to eat after travelling or pub drinking and it's near station as well.

Very disappointed from the service. There was long queue and on the till only one staff meme we who taking orders, also giving food to the customers.Food was really nice but very long wait.

So I asked for my fries in the order to not have the new pepper that they put the fries on, but they did not listen to me. ?

The worst KFC you can possibly see and taste. The fillet burger has no resemblence with the standard KFC, the taste absolutely terrible. The cleaness terrible. The tiny place that stays in your worst memory. Kfc headoffice must investigate and close down this francise. As simple as that.
