DO NOT order delivery from this store. They will get your order wrong every time. Order something for a vegetarian and they will give you something with meat instead. Worst McDonalds in the area by far.

Being my local mcdonalds I was hoping to rate it higher but I can't. The wait for your food here is totally unacceptable, their focus now is clearly on delivery rather than walk ins. Now let's get to the food, other than nuggets, fries are always the talking point of mcdonalds. Whoever works the fryers here needs more training, the fries are always soggy, undercooked and underwhelming. The burgers never have enough sauce, it's a complete shambles. The worse part is they are never really that busy for the food to be such a let down. Poor management clearly, I advise you steer clear of this place.

Ordered food from this Mcdonald's and they had sent the wrong items I am not happy with this they have the order on their displays and seem to get it so wrong not going to be using that one ever again it seems they put what ever they want in your order that they are over stocked on and the Jam that they use for their porridge is cheap and is horrible I am not touching it if you want to use jam with a product of yours make sure its decent jam!! yuk Mcdonalds everywhere are slacking now

Ordered a double cheeseburger from Uber Eats & specifically asked for NO CHEESE due to allergies. It clearly says NO CHEESE on the wrapping yet I was still given cheese. This is vile & whoever is responsible for this SHOULD BE IN JAIL.

We ordered food first of all we got followed around by nosey staff, the staff gave us another customers order and got the order mixed around, chips were scattered all over the bag and food was made so effortlessly, food was cold and undercooked. horrible service wouldnt advice anyone going there.

The impression I got, its a little macdonalds in the corner. I'm a delivery driver, delivering behind the shop to another store. Needed the toilet and wanted just something small as I was peckish. Went to the toilet first with the cleaner stairing at me as if I did something wrong made me feel awkward but I was bursting. Went toilet then came put with the manager and the cleaner talking as soon as I walked out. Rapidly changing the convo like I couldn't tell that they were acting sus coz I went to toilet?? Like what the hell. Then I ordered they had no customers apart from a couple already eating. I ordered a plain burger and plain double cheeseburger it took 10 mins?? Like seriously l could see how slow they were going as you can see the kitchen it was slow motion bur quick enough to stand in front of the toilets for unknown reason I was dressed in uniform so not scruffy....wow. food was average normal macdonalds same flavour all round least it wasn't cold lol

The worst restaurant in terms of service, I waited 20 minutes for my order even though there were more than 10 people working, careless staff and an equally careless manager, a few days ago I ordered from the same restaurant in Barking and they I sent the incomplete order, I paid for an extra menu that I didn't benefit from, I called and the shift manager didn't know how to behave, insisting that he couldn't find my order after I gave him the voucher number, the order number, the exact time , all the details, it's pathetic what's happening, I started to dislike McDonald's because of these events!

What a waste of money, if I cam give zero star I would do that. Ordered mozzarella sticks & got delivered and there was no cheese in it only outside crumps & over fried. Grilled wrap over done was like a rock hard. Never answered the landline. Worst place to order food.

Zero Stars i would give if google let me! I was with my little one and order table service. Was waiting for 30 mins and finally went to the counter and asked for order! Black lady in white shirt was so freaking Rude!!! I am a regular customer never have i ever had such experience! She told me i was not on the table! And act as if i was lying! I was sitting almost 30 mins on the table! And the audacity when i asked for the food order She told me “ DO YOU WANT A REFUND?” Rudely! I was like “Hello… of course not why do you think i have waited more than 30 mins.” And she said “you should not be rude to people”. Omg! Am not that kind of person who would argue or raise my voice! I was being nice! But guess what people take advantage if you’re nice! This experience will not stop me from going to Barkingside McD! But this evening was spoiled for me and my little one!!! She gave the order but wrong! I ordered sweet chilli wrap but i got BBQ one! I did not went back !! I did not wanted to embarrass her.! Some one else would have taken the camera out and make a scene! But i let it go!!! Do better!!!

Always busy no cordination , not food on time , long crews anythime a day , should be more professional this place and delivery better customer service and fast , so many time I had to run withotu my order as cause of long waithing , and online oder as well should be open like Newbury Park one at 5 this macdonald as well so people can order online at least early morning for the breakfast
