I visit today its good wow! The place itself is so clean and comfortable, polite staff specially Rajbir and manjit even every section and This is definitely going to be my place of choice whenever coming back to east london to get my snacks or fast food done ?? ??? thanks for the services with huge smile. Everytime I go to this mcdonalds I instantly get told to go to the parking bay even if there isn't a queue. I refuse as I've sat there waiting for 30 mins and still got a missing item and had to wait further. This is fast food we want our food and then we can go not sit and wait aroundcustomers don't expect to be told to go and wait because a timer on each car is all they think about.The staff are rude very unfriendly on the intercoms and think they can be rude. This causes problems.

Mcdonalds as a brand has severely gone down hill in the last few years. The food quality and prices are shockingly bad and high.The staff are wonderful and doing an amazing job, the quality is not down to them, it is corporates issue.Won't be eating here ever again. Sorry Maccies but your days are over.

We sat in and had a very pleasant meal. All the food was piping hot and was ready very quickly even though it was quite busy in there. There was a lady cleaning and tidying up in the restaurant, her name was Mamina, and she was a credit to McDonald's. She was smiling and welcoming to everyone and it was nice to see her enjoying her job and interacting with the customers.
Took my grandchildren there, and they had a fantastic time eating their favourite food.

Not to impress with this McDonald’s customer service each time visit. Staff are trying to multi task which does not work in my opinion, and does not give customer a 100% attention when servicing.Breakfast was nice and hot. Restaurant is nice and clean during time of visit.Good parking available.

Every single seat outside and sometimes inside are occupied by uber eats and deliveroo riders every single day and night its very off putting they sit there for hours on end very annoying staring all the time and having rude Convosations i witness them taking photos and recording ladys and girls coming in as customers with there phones all parking spaces are taken by there motorcycles there always staring and picking there noses and playing with there private parts as your trying to eat its very off putting i love the staff and management of the branch tho there great workers and great people but these delivery riders are taking the micky now every single bench every single day with disgusting behaviour.
