Great chill out spot, with amazing stuffed naan breads, food looks great, unique and tastes really good. Great to have with their pink tea. Id say 8/10 times the food is good.

I came here few months ago. Was half way through eating my naan, only to realise there was a dusty used permanent marker stuck to the bottom of my paratha! I complained and was told ‘Sorry, I was using but left to the side inside the plate, we can make other one for you’. No refund offered even when it was asked for. They refused to refund! The staff struggle to understand and speak simple English and are too arrogant. They need trading standards taking a proper look.

Exactly karak tea full flavour. They have a lot of options in veg as well but loved their chicken dam qeema naan. Peacful environment and supporting staff specially Iqra was very kind.

I would like to share my positive experience with Naan Staap Ilford. I frequently order from here, and my favorite dishes include Naan Chany, Chicken Jalfrezi, and the Creamy Cheesy Tikka Naanwich, which is outstanding. While they have recently increased their prices, the food remains hygienic, and the atmosphere is pleasant. I highly recommend it. Regarding customer service, I must mention Iqra Ali, a polite and sweet staff member. She communicates effectively, provides great service, and even encourages customers to return. Customer service receives a 5 out of 5, food quality is 5 stars, though prices are on the higher side.

Love the chai as always. With an almond cake on the side which was dry from inside this time. Didn’t enjoy much that.

This spot has not left my mind since I returned from my trip to London two weeks ago, so I thought to leave a review for anyone finding places to eat good Pakistani food. This place became the highlight of my trip to London as I was craving some desi food which I am unable to get in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Me and my friend came to their branch in Ilford for dinner and were greeted very nicely by their staff. Their menu had a variety of options but we decided to go with their signature Naan along with their Sandwiches and of course Tea. The bill came out to be a lot cheaper than I expected given that we were in London so I was happy to see that they have taken an initiative to serve desi food at such an affordable price in a place where this food is considered as a delicacy.Coming to the food itself, sorry I did not take any food photos, as I was extremely hungry and boy their food did not disappoint. It immediately took me back to Lahore and that is a huge compliment. Especially I got to give credit to their restaurant manager, Hamza, who I believe was so humble and checked up on us and other customers regarding the food and whether we wanted anything else.Overall it was an amazing experience and I look forward to coming back on my next trip to London.Cheers.Vegetarian options: Almost all of their signature items are available in vegan as well and are equally tasty.Dietary restrictions: They ask in the beginning regarding the food allergies and are more than happy to customise the food accordingly.Parking: Parking spots are present in the nearby area of the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: It is a family restaurant so more than suitable for kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Their sitting area is suitable for people in wheelchairs.

Reducing the star as the atmosphere was pathetic when I had food..a beggar was literally coming in and disturbing all the customers and no one from the counter stopped him. Tables were not cleaned properly as well.Had mutton keema naan which was really good.
