I am shocked these guys are even allowed to remain open. They charge a stupid amount of money for cakes and disappoint on the day of event. I could not believe how much cream was on this cake. I asked for a 50th wedding anniversary cake and got cream cake instead. Where was the sponge ladies of the Pantry??????????It was not even worth complaining about but I am still so annoyed as people are still commenting on the cake and how creamy it was. Thoroughly disappointed. Rest assured, myself and our guest will not be using your services again.

We ordered our walima cake- (fresh cream chocolate) from the shop. We were very impressed by the design which met our expectations. The chocolate cake was perfect. It was delivered and set up on time.We thank you for the professional service, specially Asma for her assistance. I highly recommend the Pantry cake shop !!Ashraf and Yusra.

I ordered a party chocolate cake from the pantry in Ilford cranbrook road and I told to write my massage on top with white cream . And I told also to write the specific name "Capital letter". But they wrote the whole massage with chocolate cream and didn't write Capital letters. I was very upset and I told them. But the lady said she doesn't anything.........They totally spoil my cake. Their customer service was very bad.I advise anyone not to buy from here!

We are addicted to Pantry cakes, for last 5 years, every celebration at my household is incomplete without a cake from Pantry shop. Owner is so kind and helpful, makes an extra effort to match the cake to the exact details you ask for. my kids love pantry cakes, being a medical doctor I want to re-recommend these cakes from Pantry (they have negligible sugar in them, you can actually taste the the flavour and cake in itself). can't recommend enough. It's a 7 star cake shop, not 5 star. Thank you Pantry.
Ordered a Birthday Cake, it was fantastic and cheaper when compared to cake box and I-cakes. The Lady who served was really lovely and helpful, she gave us a Cake stand with deposit and gave us full refund when returned. Definite Gooo!

We've been getting cakes from Pantry from almost last one year now, and there has never been looking around for another bakery. We loved their cakes the most (better than the nearby bakeries) and they are bit cheap than others.We also ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday and it was exactly what we wanted. We wanted a simple but beautiful cake & to my glad, we got it. Attaching my daughter's birthday cake.Their loyalty scheme is also wonderful, they give cakes without any questions asked. I have already got an 8" inch cake from them and another 10" inch cake will be collecting today.Thanks a lot Pantry for making our events more memorable. Wish you lots of growth.

I would not even put a Star on this place at all. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER From this place. They will honestly ruin your cake on your big day and then blame you for the mistake.Also they will ask you to leave your big day to bring the cake back on the same day. Which is Beyond a joke. When calling the place and expressing my cake was wrongly made. They refused to take any responsibility whatsoever or to even refund my money back. When going to the place and asking to speak to the management the lady at the front was incredibly rude had no communication skills kept on blaming me for the cake being wrong not allowing me to speak to the management. Staff members in this place do not know how to speak to customers and they are very fast on taking your money. This place is a joke please no one order from here. I’ve never put up a Google review but I have done for this place due to the level off bad service I received. Ps the cake was £130 not £160. I had plan on taking the cake from the shop my self but they came and pestered my family about paying up when we had agreed to pick up. Yes we cut the cake that’s how I know it had no jam. Your company is a joke I’m not the only one that has put up a review will.I have no reason to lie. Other Google reviews clarify everything. The jokes on you. Your staff members got it wrong and you can not even except your fault.
