I have had misfortune of wrong order to be delivered.Manager at Ilford branch (423 high road, Ilford) was real pleasure to deal with, he sorted everything out and made sure I got right order.Thank you very much. You are relly great example of perfect customer service. I do not know his name, unfortunately, this interaction happened on 27/01/2024.To the manager, I appreciate you very bussy, yet you have done right thing, you are worth your weight in gold.

If I can will leave 0 stars I received disgusting pizza no hot at all very thin but I order orginal crust . mixed up my sauce which i pay extra for and very less

Ordered a delivery which came really quick which I thought was great until we realise the chicken wings were completely raw!! The pizza toppings where super tight and not how they used to be , barely any toppings which was a disappointment as we’ve ordered Monday times and never experience such bad food and raw food been sent out. I did call to let them know which they said they can send another portion out but was put off by then.

Took over 50mins to deliver; the tracking showed that it had already been delivered so called up to complain as i hadnt received the pizza. Arrives 5mins later all cold.. went straight in the bin. Avoid this place

I ordered a hawiian pizza with extra pineapple and tater tots. The tater tots were raw and no extra pineapple. Called them and they sent another again raw and my pizza burnt so do not eat from here!
