Spent a few hours in here and found it to be quite chilled and relaxed. Great herbal tea and I'm loving the Ginger shots. Lovely friendly helpful staff.

We went on Tuesday at 6:20 pm evening, one of the staff was very rude and said no seating. We ordered 2 coffee's and waiting for take away. She gave us only 1 coffee and blamed us that we already took 1 coffee. After telling her we got only one, she gave us the other cup which was on the coffee machine. There were 2 staff and this one lady was very very rude. Other staff Priya was polite. Will never go to this shop again

So, you are good to spend a lot of money for a coffee, but if you’re asking for a toilet, that is just for the staff. Congratulations, the coffee from the pub next door is just like yours, half price and better customer service. Good job Starbucks.

Went in when it wasn't busy, ordered a simple cappuccino. Took about 9 mins to receive it, after about 7 mins of waiting for it the staff asked me what I ordered then decided to start making it. No apology received for the wait

Was disgusted as I ordered regular hot chocolate and a regular Mokka, there was no flavour in the coffee plus I asked for semi skimmed milk but was given whole milk, plus the staff behind the counter was talking to themselves rather then serving

What an absolute joke of a place. No one know where the queues start, workers just oblivious to people pushing in and causing hostile atmosphere. People who uses this place are as bad a junkies looking for their fix. Avoid
