So I went in here because my kids wanted a subway only for him to say that we are only allowed 3 peices of sweetcorn, 3 peices of olives and 3 cucumbers (I have it on video of him saying this) if we wanted more than 3 peices we have to pay £1 for each item he said that the salad is not free and that we are only paying for the meat so we have to pay extra even in the salad box! What a joke we pay an extr 60p for the salad box and only allowed 3 peices of each so we just walked out and left it will not be going back the staff was very rude and was swearing at me in his language very unprofessional and disgusting behaviour especially Infront of children! Wish I could add the video!Stay away and go to another subway which we ended up doing! He also said I wasn't allowed to use my points to get a subway and he wasn't allowed to scan the subcard

21:17 21/04/23 Just arrived as my little boy wanted a subway ans driven for 2.5 hrs reading the the London marathon.. to fing it closed! It's sign says open till 2200hrs. Guy inside waves his hand in dismissal... won't even speak.. utterly useless! Avoid!

The customer service is really poor . The lady working there was busy on her phone , and no concern to my choice /preference was given .Pretty bad experience .She was mute most of the time , underfilled the sub , and hurriedly went back to her to attend her call .No work ethics

Absolutely horrendous,I have never seen such bad customer service.Initially I went in with my friend and it was during Ramadan and my friend who is seek ordered a sub.He proceeds to slander him saying that he shouldn't be eating in Ramadan and questioning him.I then the next week go with another friend because we had all invited eachother to the app hearing we can use the points to get food.Well with this friend after he asked to scan his rewards (right after I had just scanned it ) the guy said that he was not allowed to scan it which was absurd since I just did he then proceeds to tell him to get out of the shop bear in mind he didn't say anything wrong or no aggressive behaviour and just questioned why he would let me san it and not him.He now unplugged the scanner and every time my friend asks to scan it he tells him to get lost and go to another subway.

Not good service at all, it’s like he wanted me to not go there again which I won’t be. Very stingy with toppings, salad and sauces. It’s like eating plain bread.

Honestly horrible serviceAfter placing and order onlineThey called me and told me to cancel my orderI called back saying I couldn’t and that I was trying , after getting into contact with the delivery service we both for half an hour tried to call the shop to get confirmation about cancellation, where the proceeded to avoid contact letting the Order be undecidedAfter a long time and a lot of effort they had the balls to contact the deliver service and said I asked for a cencelation even though they where the ones who asked for it and made me waste a lot of time and effort and made me incredibly hungry as I couldn’t order anything else till THEY decidedTruly lovely …..

Very bad experience,felt so disappointed because the person didnt serve me He said we are closed & we dnt sell 6inch subs here.i was so shocked to know.leaving this review so his manager will know & can see what his employees doing to his business.Very sad & a note he was semi bald asian guy..?

One of the worst subway store in this area. Pathetic staff and no sense of customer service. Most offers in the apps are not available in the store! To say the least they struggle to keep stock and maintain food hygiene! Avoid !!!!

Extremely rude asian lady (wearing hijab). Totally ignored me, acted like I did not exist and did not even say hello as I was patiently waiting in the store. Very rude and I will not be returning, please train your staff properly on how to serve customers. went today at approx. 1pm!

Suddenly they changed the policy to only allowed 5 salads max in veggie delight sub. Upon asking I was told it because it's very difficult to close the bread if they add/allow more salad. Sounds weird.No discount to the price because of such limitations.Also the subway points system machine doesn't work. I visited twice in 1 week. However on both occasions the system was not working. And bad customer service.

I have used Subway for over ten years and been to Subway all over the world. I also rarely do Google reviews.This is the worst Subway I have been to in my entire life. The staff are the most incompetent and slowest I have ever come across in a ‘fast food’ place.
