Bad customer service, staff were rude. I tried to pay for my sub using my points and was refused without a valid reason. I was with my friend who used her points to pay however they decided we can't both use our points although we both have separate phones and separate points. They couldn't speak English well and clearly didn't know what they were doing. Won't be visiting this particular branch again

Amazing customer service and the staff is always so helpful. I go to this subway every time and only because their work ethic and loyalty. As soon as I walk in, they greet me every time in the best way. I've never seen such neat and fast service. I've always came across careless and messy employees that really discouraged me to go to subway but here you get fabulous service by the current staff.Thank you guys. Well done!!!

Worst subway I've ever been too! Tiny salad portion, which wasnt worth £1, let alone the £3.80 they charge! Was still hungry after eating it! Not worth it, and wont be going there again!

One staff member walks away just before my turn to order and does not return, finally another staff takes order and then makes me pay 10p for a bag when I clearly stated NO bag please! When i query this, she shrugs and said “oh well, you have the bag now”. To top it all off when I get to the car I see she did not give my cookies!! That I ordered which my children were really looking forward to! They were very disappointed to say the least. And also what is with all the flies????

Asked for a meat feast and only gave me a meatball sub and made me pay for a freaking meat feast! Then my tuna sub was also basically empty! Wth

Absolutely worst customer service.\\nTreating the customers like we're beggars!!!\\nExtremely rude behaviour.\\n2 members of staff, Hayyat \\u0026 another Bengali guy, i do not remember his name!\\nI asked the guy to give me 2 6-inches subs on my points. As I regularly collect my points. His reply was, how do you get this many points, maybe you're cheating and adding points and having free meals. I asked him to check my transaction history, and the amount of times i have been there and bought meals!!!\\nCheap peoples!!!\\nIs that seriously the way you talk to a customer??\\nInstead of accommodating me, you're insulting me?\\nI promise you both guys, I'll take serious actions and drag you guys to court on rude behaviour and harassment!!

This place is the best for custom made meals of your own choice. The quality of the bread and filings is great also you get free drink and crisp of you're choice also.

I enjoy and regularly eat at Subway as they offer healthy snacks at competitive prices. One of the best aspects about subways is their have a loyalty scheme in place which enables members of the club to accumulate 10 points for every £1 spent and double points if they make another purchase within 7 days. I have personally redeemed many, many free 6 inch and foot long subs and best of all I always receive a free snack on my birthday each year!! Highly recommended.
