UPDATE: This is an updated review from the one that I had written yesterday (see bottom of the page). Early this morning I got a call from the management at TGF pizza to find out what went wrong. They listened to my case carefully and agreed that a mistake had indeed been made due to miscommunication. They profusely apologised for the error in pricing and said it shouldn't have happened and that staff should have dealt with it better. They compensated me for overcharging (something which was a shock to me yesterday since they are usually normally very good). Anyway I thought it's only fair to update readers as TGF did their best to rectify their mistake and were genuinely sorry. I am hopeful I will get back to receiving the great service and food I used to before this incident.ORIGINAL:Whenever we order pizza, we usually go with TGF and get it delivered. I ordered our usual (family fare) and asked for price of the deal and was told it was £20 (which was what I paid last time as well). I then asked what would it be if I wanted 18inch instead and they told me £22. I placed the order and the guy who delivered said it was £37.50! I said that must be a mistake and that I was told it was £22 and to call their office again as I had double checked with them as I was paying cash. Then TGF calls me back again saying no, the pizza itself is £22! I said to them I asked you more than once how much the meal was and you repeated £22 so why are you saying something different now! They said they meant the pizza. Even if they had gone up in price in the last few months to almost double the price is sheer extortion. They have just lost a loyal customer. Will not be buying from them ever again.

The short guy in the shop is very disrespectful he was unable to understand me and when I came to the shop he got rude to me even when he took the wrong order just because he could not speak English properly I am never coming again even being a good customer of them for a long

We always order from tgf- they’re especially good with big parties. Aimal the manager is always very accommodating especially with allergies. They delivered all our 25 extra large pizzas on time, piping hot and delicious. They were all demolished in minutes. Spicy chicken mix was especially popular amongst adults and pepperoni plus amongst kids. I personally loved the nice and spicy.Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options. Aimal went out of his way to make us a dairy free pizza which we really appreciate and is one of the reasons we keep coming back.Kid-friendliness: All the kids loved the margherita and pepperoni plus
