The food was nice. Tasted like any other burger joint to me. However the doner meat was good. They have a prayer space which is good. Overall was a nice experience.

We were welcomed by the staff immediately very accommodating, helped us choose our meals as this was our first time at ottoman donner. They even cut a burger in half for us as two of us wanted to try a naga burger. Food was very tasted large portions and very fresh. Would recommend ottoman donner especially the illford branch as they have a real sense of community even with those from out of town like my self

Ordered chicken doner kebab to take away, went in there like 1h ago. They made me wait like 20min and after I asked where is my food the employee at the counter just said "I didn't see you" and that "food is ready for more that 10min". All that time he was chitchatting and didn't bother to come and look for a customer even if I was sitting downstairs just next to the counter. He didn't bother to call me as well so I had to take cold food. Maybe next time concentrate on your job instead of singing and chatting? I was the only customer in the building while waiting and only delivery drivers used to pop in. Shame - not a service. And I was kinda regular in there ???

I went today with my family around 2pm and the service was appalling. We ordered 2 meals and the front man taking orders were very rude. Not friendly at all.He treated us very badly after we grabbed a fizzy drink instead of the water bottle. He mentioned it’s 40p extra. We replied saying that it wasn’t a problem.He started saying “I’m running a business”. We replies saying that’s fine and he started justifying himself. We didn’t have an issue with paying extra, he was just passive aggressive.We don’t like his attitude. Disgusting. Won’t be going there again!
