1. I found bottles of juice that had expired for over 3 months.2. Unlike what the other comments will tell you, I don't think the workers are idly chatting around. I asked one person for help locating an item and they showed which vicinity it was in, kindly naming 2-3 aisles cause they couldn't remember. It seems they were all working hard and stressed stocking shelves. This ASDA may be understaffed.3. Their shelves were messy, and a few missing prices.4. Some of the freezer sections had no light, I'm not sure if this meant that the electricity for those had gone out.5. It is most convenient to come here by bus, since there is a stop in the parking lot.6. I did find it weird how the frozen sections were separated to the 2 ends of the store. I had to go back and forth, but I don't think they can change that now.7. They sell clothes and at least 2 more aisles of home goods such as towels, bath mats, candles and decor which is good if you are looking for that but I would say grocery wise, you are better off going to a smaller ASDA with more stocked shelves.

Click and collect is a joke on the weekends, order being cancelled or waiting while being prepared or waiting and then being told your order is cancelled or it doesn't exist when clearer l have a order number which they're themselves confirmed and money taken for my order from my bank account..Many times had to wait over half an hour before anyone came out to be seen

Standard large Asda. Occasionally fresh produce is almost gone and with no BB dates you wouldn't really know until 1-2 days later but that's similar experience to most major supermarkets. Some staff are friendly and helpful whereas others seem lazy and try their best to ignore you (e.g. at self serve counter) but nothing out of the ordinary

Extremely rude staff, colored lady at the self-checkout yesterday at 14/12 around 7 pm. She started yelling at me that she is busy with another customer when asking why the self-checkout was not working. Train you staff accordingly, apart from the fact that self-checkouts are almost never working properly, staff lack customer service and they are extremely rude.

The store needs a lot of maintenance work. Sharp edges have caused me injury multiple times from the broken vegetable containers. Stock also is a hit and miss sometimes. Washrooms need maintenance as well.

Hello, We had the trolley scarcity for 2 months in a row. So many complaints made. People were struggling all the time. It was even worse in the peak hours. I know some groups stopped going to ASDA and found alternatives, though aSDA has the best price deals. Finally, just last week ASDA brought around 300 new (mid-size) trollies because of the Christmas sale and New Year. Now at least we could stop chasing people for trollies with a penny.Thanks, ASDA for the timely decision. Merry Christmas

Probably the very very very worse customer service at its canteen in the whole country. I very often eat in store canteens as i think they are value for money and convenient to eat at when finishing shopping. Because i travel up and down the country because of the job i do i have eaten in many store canteens, so i guess I'm quite qualified to judge on what they are like. I only ordered a coffee but was going to order something to eat but changed my mind when i saw how rude the person taking the order was to the customer. Talk about rude and if looks could kill the customer is dead. Plus the workers working should at least have a slight smile on their face but no,they look like they have had enough of life and they are taking it out on the customers. Seriously its a shame because the store itself is amazing. I spoke to some customers and they all agree that the service is just disgusting and that its been that way for a long time.
My recent experiences at Asda Mudchute have been disappointing. The staff lacks enthusiasm and helpfulness, food quality has declined noticeably, and product availability is inconsistent. As prices rise, the quality no longer justifies choosing Asda over competitors like Waitrose and M&S. No longer an affordable and reliable supermarket option, at least in this area.

Enjoy popping over to this store.Has most things instore from food clothing household items and a nice cafe. Can still pay with cash or card. Not as many tills open now. Wheelchair friendly.

Rude staff. African securities treating customers without respect and their English is poor as well. The store has no cashiers. That self-checkout system is dissapointing as macnines do not work properly and you have to wait ages for help.

I've been shopping here for over a year and have had enough negative experiences to warrant a review.On multiple occasions I've seen products on the shelf far past their expiry date, such as mozarellas nearly a month out of date. The fruit and veg section is regularly full of rotting produce. Today I spent several minutes picking the brocoli that was the least covered in mould. I'm not sure how the meat is stored but I've had to throw away several packets of chicken due to it going off a day or two after buying it, several days before the use by date.Additionally the staff seem to not care in the slightest, they're regularly just standing around ignoring all the customers. There is often a single checkout line open with a massive queue, and several staff members just standing around chatting near the entrance.Very disappointed that this is my local shop.
