Went in on a Saturday night, the waiting area was empty and the staff were preparing online orders. Walked up to the counter, the closest staff member looked at me before carrying on with his pizza, not saying a word. Waited for about 5 minutes before even being acknowledged, then another 5 before being allowed to order. We were told it would take 10 minutes. In the subsequent 30 minutes, saw many other customers treated in a similar manner, many simply giving up and leaving. Eventually, we got sick of waiting and asked if our food was ready. It was, it had been sat on the side getting cold while the staff were casually having a chat.

If i could give 0 stars i would have. Worst customer service i have ever had. Man on the phone last night couldn't care less. Really unhelpful I was unable to order online due to having problems with the app, he refused to take my order over the phone said ‘no you can do it online’ when i tried to explain why i couldnt do that he spoke over me and rudely told me to listen to him! Unbelievable. So because of him we where unable to make an order. By the looks of the reviews it seems like this man has been rude to people before over the phone. Disgusting behaviour. Why have you still got this idiot working for you?

went on a Saturday night expecting a wait since it’s a Saturday. Waited about 10 minutes before the workers even realised we were there and then about 40 minutes after ordering 1 medium pizza. Went to ask where the pizza was and the workers were just standing having a chat. Worst customer service.

I just called to place an order and the response was “do it online”. I told the gentlemen I have specific dietary requirements and the response was “we’re too busy”. I asked the gentlemen how I could place an order and he said “try again in a couple of hours”. Absolutely disgusting customer service. So customers cannot call this branch and place and order by phone because of dietary reasons. Will not be using this dominoes again and it’s extremely poor. Avoid this place. First and last order! Driver had me walking around my building in the rain because he couldn’t find my flat despite providing clear instructions- which every other delivery finds. Response from staff when calling them - do you want to cancel the order then. Yeah I’ll take my money back plus the £3 delivery. Thanks.

Great that they are open late (2am) and pretty cheap. However, I could literally count each topping because there were so few. It was one piece per slice, a joke, really. They also don't provide napkins. It's okay for late food.
