Had a great lunch, service was great and so was the food. I like how it’s less crowded there in canary wharf and food is ready fast. We had a great time and we’ll be back for sure another time.Vegetarian options: There a very few to no vegetarian options. Try the sides. I would not recommend if vegan. ?

I came in today for a solo working lunch and I was served by Sabbir, I just want to give this employee 5 stars! He was extreemly helpful with any problems/questions I had and went out of his way to ensure I had a great customer experience, this is the type of customer service that'll keep me coming back to this establishment. It's Nando's, the food is rarely the problem. I've had better Nandos chicken but this was fine. disinterested staff, and it looked dirty. Tables weren't clean, plates left lying for too long, and the design of the restaurant was boring for Nandos standards. Felt every bit like a restaurant in a shopping centre; soulless.There were also two grossly fat customers who were stealing drinks in water glasses from the soft drink machine. Staff didn't care and made us ask ourselves why we paid for a refill glass when you can just steal the drink instead.Vegetarian options: Beanie burger, chickpea, and great imitator are all pretty good. The salads are more hit and miss.Kid-friendliness: It's kid friendly. Kids will love the options on the Nandos menu and it's easy to read. They have a kids menu on the back for extra accessibility.

We had amazing service from Christina, it was a busy Saturday evening but Christina helped us with a lovely smile and exceptional customer service. The ice machine was not working and she offered to put ice in our cups upstairs. My family and I will definitely be coming back.

Delicious flame-grilled peri-peri chicken with amazing service! Being South African, I was eager to try our famous flame-grilled chicken in the UK, and it actually tasted very similar apart from ours having more sauce. The hot peri-peri chicken was flavourful and the service was very good. They happily explained the online ordering service to me. Definitely recommended! P.S for my fellow South Africans- they have many South African wine drinks ;)
