One of worst ever management I ever seen. One of my friend shared her working experience at this shop ‘she saidthe managers are Pakistani’ they benefiting them self by creating tipsjar, recruiting foreign students under false IDand taking a huge portion of their wages plus they privately renting company scooters to the people. Many other ways they looting the papajohn company. Please think before where your spending your money too or for a job’ do not let these gangsters benefiting by using you .

Ordered delivery online, marked as delivered wo any notice or phone call. Called them and they said they couldn’t find my address so they just marked as delivered. I asked why nobody called me, they insisted my number was wrong which is nonsense as I even double checked the order email. Will not order ever again

Is the worst place to order pizza...I have deleted the app. Worst service ever...I am waiting my pizza for 2 hours now and is not the first time happening. I called them and they offered me a free pizza for my next order. For what reason to wait again 2 hours to receive it? Don't waste your time ordering from there honestly.

Took 1 hour 40 minutes to arrive, and it was cold. They put extra dips, so thanks for that guys, for that I’ll give you one star. But 1hr 40 minutes when I live a 7 minute drive away from you, is taking the p*ss. And judging by the other reviews, this is your standard. I don’t advise ordering from this branch. Lazy workers maybe, not sure. Management should improve this branch. Best of luck
The business hours ended at 2:00, but the store stopped taking orders at 1:23 on the delivery platform. It is really a bad employee. If I were a manager, I would dismiss such a lazy employee and a useless guy who wastes his life and food. What is the point of your life?

To be honest I would give 0.5 ⭐️ to them, 2 medium pizzas for 50£ what is that ? Taste of pizzas are not the best, and way below average!So to sum up, taste/quality doesn’t cost that much!

I've been to many different pizza places, both fast food and restaraunts, but this Papa Johns was nuts. Pretty God level pizza, and everything tasted great. Wasn't oily or greasy, and the garlic bread sticks were great. Dipping sauces were great too. Unfortunately the tater tots were a bit soggy, but its a pizza place after all, not a chips shop.

The chicken topping on the pizza from Docklands East India Dock road is halal. Open till 4am Friday and Saturday nights. Rest of the evenings are until 2am but don't expect to order after 1.30am as they declined to take orders. Thats my personal experience. Whats not to like about the food, its tasty. No two pizzas are the same as the dough is hand rolled out in front of the full view of customers. Its clean as well.

We were given disgusting, dry overcooked pizza that had no sauce. So I called to tell them I had a problem with the order. They said they would call me back but they never did. We ended up not eating any of the pizza because we were waiting for their call back. So in the end we requested a refund through pay pal but they refused to refund us. Waste of money. Also the pizza is always gross it wasn’t a one off thing this was just the first time it was actually inedible.
