Im deafI'm writing about from too good to go todayI went to collect , Unfortunately lady manager made me very uncomfortableBecause she picked own. I said why I can't choose by own what I like ? She said because I want to take own. This is unfair because I have some allergic some sandwich. She chooses own and gave me which there was allergic for me made me very uncomfortable, I said please I can't this eat. She walked with me to show which I like. But I wasn't very happy about the rest she picked own. Before usually always I choose by own what I like that make me happy. Until now she choose by ownVery hard communication for deaf. I can't understand what she said. She keep speaking as I deaf. Of course it was hard to explain that I am allergic. So I was preferred to choose by own not her . It was huge dissapointed. And very uncomfortableShe can't make what she want ! Some people have a allergic!!!!!!! I preferred before choose by own this much easier than she choose by own which isn't fair

Another Pret. Making use of that subscription I suppose. Good thing about this branch - they close late (10pm), seating area closes at 9pm.Limited seats available and can be very busy during peak times just by the nature of it’s peak location.Parking: Free parking weekends if you spend £10 or more. Get your ticket validated.

Was literally served half cup cappuccino if you remove the foam, the cup was so light. Cancelling the subscription this week for the deterioration in service and attitude of staff.

Ordered several times from this Pret A Manger on Just Eat recently and had items incorrect or missing altogether. I used to really like this Pret, however it doesn't seem worth it any more especially with increasing prices.

I Asked for a chocolate croissant. This white Eastern European woman serving me goes ‘what do you mean by chocolate croissant?’ Is this a wind up?Are you dumb or what? She didn’t even say thank you or even hand me a napkin. It’s giving me racist vibes. Some staff have a bad attitude.

The staff at this pret always say there is no ice with terrible attitude. However, there are a list of iced drinks from the menu.Sadly it’s the pret that opens late at Canary Wharf. I’ll never come here again as my subscription doesn’t deserve this service and attitude ??

Disgraceful that they run out of ice every evening. From 7.30pm onwards, they start shifting focus from service to packing up for the day.
