Such a bad experience. Thinu was rude to us. Even we are gold member of starbucks which allow us to take benefits of it, I tried the new drink and didn’t liked it and I asked him to put caramel drizzle on the top but he didn’t. This is my second bad experience at this store I haven’t faced such behaviour in anyother stores even am the partner of starbucks if customer face any problem with the drinks we replace it with the new drink.

Asked for a white coffee. Given a black one. Not told to add my own milk. So I find out at my desk. I'm the idiot though, as it's not the first time.

Standard Starbucks. Not great. Better coffee can be found most anywhere.

I absolutely love coming here the staff are always extremely nice and happy and welcoming and are always willing to change your drink if you don’t like how it taste they are dog friendly which is a plus they recently renovated it so it’s really nice in there and these inside and outside

Firstly the server didn’t greet me or speak until i ordered. He then didn’t ask if I had a starbucks card so I had to ask him to scan my code which took ages and seemed too much work for him. I went to sit down and the whole table and seat was absolutely covered in crumbs and coffee (was dry and sticky so was left a long while) and my latte was so hot it scolded my entire mouth! Coffee is meant to be served 80°c-85°c

It's a convenient Starbucks in a shopping mall. The service is good, and the coffee is what you expect.The store is not dirty, but the atmosphere and decor suffer because it's so busy and has had so much footfall over the years. It is exactly what you expect from a small busy Starbucks, no more and no less.

It’s a good Starbucks, well placed and had all the things that are needed. Unfortunately I asked specifically for my espresso to be poured over my hot water in my americano and the staff did it they way they wanted rejecting my request. My understanding was that Starbucks is supposed to make your drink the way you want it. The staff were very rude and confrontational so I left.

I usually get a strawberry’s and cream frap from Starbucks however from this store it tasted consistently funny, I don’t think the employees clean the blender after each frap and I think the strawberry’s are off. Don’t think I’m gunna come here again.
