We were served by a Moroccan young man with the utmost respect, and he had a good image of the coffee, because Starbucks does not have anything other than the Americano, and the rest is all thanks and appreciation.

Worst Starbucks in London. Rude

One of the worst Starbucks I’ve been, milk was overcooked and killed my capuccino. The cakes and sandwiches are of lower standard than other branches and staff is clueless. Generally packed on the weekends so your complaint will fall into deaf

Stef was a superhero to our 9 year old who hit his head gawping at the London skyline. Stef grabbed a huge bag of ice and helped our little boy in his hour of need. Frappacinos and coffee great here too.

The hiring team is quite disrespectful. This tall white man invited me to a job interview, but throughout the interview, he treated me very disrespectfully and made jokes about me behind my back in front of his coworkers.

I’m not from this locality but decided to take my wife and children out for the day and we did a pit stop in CW Starbucks. I didn’t know this Starbucks actually existed till we was walking to the station back home. Till service from nice guy in a black apron and earrings - maybe manager. A lovely young lady in a headscarf and a friendly smile offered my children babycinos when giving our drinks which got them excited! Such nice people.Although I am giving 5 stars, one thing I would like to say is that the sugar area was quite dirty with milk everywhere, however was busy so I understood.

sometimes the person on tills are quite rude, but majority of the time they have been nice and welcoming and happy to answer any questions i might have. sometimes the baristas dont call out the name so you have to go and check yourself whos drink it is which was a bit odd (i know they have deaf baristas but on that day i know the guy was not deaf). they are quite quick though

Service was good but the coffee was a major let down. The milk had been over heated and was close to impossible to hold with scalding. A little bit of seating is available, really a pit stop branch rather than a 3rd space.
I came with my friends. Ordered drinks & got them quick. The pretty girl in a brown scarf sanya served me. would give a 5 rating but she didn’t give me her number ?

Great coffee and lovely Frappuccinos. All of them not a single one is disappointing. My favourite is double chocolate chip frappe.

They got my name right, made a good flat white and the babycino was free. Great
