Been to other eat tokyos before and this one was a bit of a let down. The staff were very nice and welcoming. I had the bento boxes before so knew what to expect, but the fish was super super the salad was very sour for some reason, but the portions were good usual.

It was the first time to visit this Japanese food shop. We ordered a sushi lunch set, assorted sashimi on rice, eel don, tempura and fried squid. It is absolutely amazing if you are a fans of raw seafood, and all are in good quality and good shape on the table. My children are happy with eel bowl and also an adorable small Christmas gifts in the Christmas eve. Merry Christmas!Kid-friendliness: Small Christmas gift for kids.

Probably the best Eat Tokyo - good service, amazing value (same as other branches) but quality is significantly better.

Food was tasty and the price was very reasonable. I went on a Saturday night and everyone was informed they had to finish eating within the hour. By time the food comes you really don’t have long to enjoy your meal.

Horribly over priced. Ordered their most luxurious sashimi set, and portions were tiny.Service was extremely slow. They were a full house which meant some 20 tables with 3 waiters.. One of whom was always in the stocking room. The 4th person they has was a cleaning lady.As one of the earliest Eat Tokyo restaurants, I had high hopes..Never returning.

Gyudon was absolutely amazing, so so perfect! Friendly and chill environment. Servers are helpful too. Takoyaki is great treat. My friends got bento boxes and they loved them. I wish I lived next door.

Food was okay, tasteful, fresh made but not that special. Service was not that great, they were annoyed, in a rush and basicly waiting next to our table for us to leave. The ambiance was quite noisy, to many seats in a very small room.

Unbelievable value for money. I went lunchtime Saturday. The place was heaving with a queue to get in.Food was excellent quality.Service could be improved. We were told we would have to vacate the table in an hour !

My friend and I had a lovely lunch here today. Didn't have to queue. Service is very fast. Food tasted fresh. Everything was the temperature it should be. There is a huge selection of items on the menu, so it suits many palates. The toilet was clean. The price was excellent. We got a variety of things to share (the picture only shows a few of them).I would happily return. It's close to transport options. Tables are downstairs.

We came before 7pm on a Monday and it wasn’t packed on the lower floor but they gave us a table on the empty upper floor. We asked to sit downstairs which the waiter said there are lots of bookings so we can only stay for an hour which is fine but there were lots of empty tables. He literally gave us the worst seat in front of the wine cabinet and in front of kitchen . All the staff were pushing us to order, three staff asked in a minute but they were out of a lot of things. The food was quick but they were just not bad. The shashimi is probably the best thing. We tried the award winning hyper roll and I can see why it won an award back in 2013 but not now.

Very good and very scrumptious but crowded and takes a very very ling time for the food to arrive. The staff are very kind.
