It's a very nice place, but it's not nice to see this is a security asleep on bend down on the table. So hopefully, next time, it must be clear of space to sit on the table and clean the tablets as well.

Nice place, convenient. There is an afro cleaning lady (usually works at nights) often rude to customers. That’s quite disgusting.

We frequent this McDonalds when we visit London. It is always clean, the staff are friendly and efficient and the food is always consistently what one expects from McDonalds.

Although the food was average, the staff here are excellent at what they do. One member of staff stood out to me in particular, as whenever I come here she is always spreading kindness and working to the best of her ability - her name is Anita I believe. The food was definitely average, but she improved my experience massively and has made my day. Thanks!

This was not a nice experience. Went out to get a quick meal and the bacon was missing on the burger. Made them politely aware of it. They were nice, took the burger to invlude with bacon. Came back with the same burger, but when biting through we realized that the bacon was raw!

I usually have had positive experiences here and staff have been accommodating and helpful.However, there is a manager named Maria who was working today (04/09/23) who was extremely rude and unhelpful. I asked her if she could possibly double cup my drink as I was taking the bus and it often spills. This has never been a problem for me before, and previously, McDonald’s (even this particular McDonald’s) has always been happy to provide with double cup when I ask.Yet she was difficult about it, and acted as if it was an unreasonable request, saying she would give me a lid or a small cup, which wasn’t going to fit under my drink as it was a different size so would not be any help.She then said she would give me a medium cup, so I then waited for her to get it and she completely ignored me and left me waiting 10 mins not knowing what was going on. I asked another member of staff who then asked her, and she smiled as if she was enjoying the fact that she was ignoring me.My issue here was firstly, I was disappointed that she couldn’t live up to the usual standards of McDonald’s good service by helping out a customer, but mainly, I am unhappy that she said to me she would provide me with a medium cup , and then completely ignored and seemed to be laughing at me. It took the experience from a not so great one, to a quite unpleasant one because of her unkind behaviour/ attitude towards me today. I needed to get my bus and it delayed my journey, and it was bad customer service and unkind behaviour.Please get a better manager.

went inside on a scorching day, but the air condition is not cold enough. even the ice cream is not cold enough. staff did great work tho, the place is clean and almost no queue for food collection. wifi downstairs works superb.
