The cashier was very unmotivated, the food wasn't warmed up as usual or asked for it, and the cups had caramel syrup stuck to the sides, making your fingers sticky when holding them. The coffee was good, as usual for Starbucks, but expensive, and the service was unfortunately subpar.

Hey it's a Starbucks! It's actually not that

The slowest Starbucks I have ever been to in my life!! If you have a spare 45 mins to wait for a coffee when the branch is empty and they have 4 staff working then this is the place for you. God forbid you make a mistake on your order because they will continue to tell customers that they are ridiculously slow because someone made a mistake on their order. I’ve been coming here for a few weeks at different times and I can honestly say I’d rather take the caffeine withdrawal than keep coming back here!!!

Great staff but no Frappuccino’s on a hot day at around 4/5pm which was disappointing but the PSL was still good.

Staff were handling the orders manually due to system not working, they were doing a great job!

It’s a good Starbucks but it’s to small so there’s almost no where to sit it’s basically a take away Starbucks and the guy serving me didn’t ask me for a size so he just gave me regular even though I wanted small. Not a big deal though

Am a regular here. I usually meet my friend here in the afternoon because we both love the S'mores Muffin!!

It's a Starbucks, I'm sure you've been in one before. Although this one is very small and has nowhere to sit. Basically a hole in the wall Starbucks.

Approached counter, I was the only customer. 2 colleagues behind till 2 in front leaning on the wall. Discussing what I can only imagine was another colleague who was going for a promotion of some sort. I had to interrupt the conversation to ask to be served. I picked up a reusable cup, as I wanted my drink in this. Server asked to her colleague at the wall “how much” I said it’s £4.95 “as it was in the basket labelled”. Male colleague Said £5.95. I said again oh it’s priced at £4.95 here to which she said fine. They then just continued literally talking over me. I’ve been sitting here working and drinking my coffee which took 13 minutes to make! Again only customer at the till was me. And 4 members of staff. Young girl making drinks with curly hair, was very lovely with great customer service, I don’t blame her for the 13 minute wait. She seemed to be carrying the other 3 who seem to just be here for a catch up. The other 3 are still currently laughing and talking really loudly I can hear the entire conversation from where I sit, which is at the front of the store as the layout is quite long with the order area at the back of the unit. My rant is over, won’t come here again. Got my Starbucks reusable cup for £4.95!! which I will take to Costa down the road in future

Amazing experience with a young gentleman who was very charming and smiley when serving me.He told me he was new to the store which made sense as i could see he was struggling with the tills but his friendliness and costumer service made the wait worth the while.I believe his name was juju and i think he deserves a really big pat on the back for his wholeness and sincerity
