Was the only one in the waiting area, asked if they had any prepared fries so I could grab them quickly because I was in a rush. Lady on the till said “yes”. Only after payment she said “you’ll have to wait”. What?? Had to leave with empty hands. Don’t understand what was the problem to say they had to cook the new portion from frozen so it would obviously take time, when time itself was the main question to begin with.

Always adequate seating and fast service here. The food was always nice, hot and tasty. My food was never greasy or soaked with condiments.

Now I am usually very polite to people in food or general services but the girl behind the counter (i assume team leader or manager) thinks she can make comments about how i dress to her colleagues for a laugh at my expense and I won't clock. I asked her who's she's talking about and she said her friend. You ain't slick, humble yourself. This branch is extremely unwelcoming and unprofessional, they need training in customer service or replacing. This was my experience on 3rd March, around 10.30pm.

My friend and I ordered food at a McDonald's branch, but I was met with an unprofessional behavior, as one of the employees came and took our phone and completed the survey on our behalf, which took about five minutes. I was holding that lady and she was working with my phone, she entered our phone without permission and no matter what we said, we don't like it, but she ignored us with a smile. This is not the right thing at all. I will not go to the branch.

Overall just not worth the quick stop.The fries where so dry, no salt on them.The salad I purchased was just thrown together and absolutely the most unwelcoming mcdonalds around. Glad I don't live near by!

Dropped by to grab a quick double cheeseburger. The staff was friendly and served me quickly. On the other hand the sheer number of delivery drivers wearing helmets in the premises can be disturbing and somewhat scary. They shouldn't be in the premises with their faces covered. For that, the atmosphere here was awful.

I work nearby and get food in-person once or twice a month. Service is good, I order using the app and usually don't have to wait more than a minute.Place is surprisingly clean, and practically in cleaning-mode every time I happen to be there.

Everytime I visit here it gets worse. Food quality is terrible and always cold. The old fat blond lady and her colleague are rude and blind it seems. My food was sat there for minutes on end when there were no other orders to bag up. I watched them both avoid my food while they walked around and took phone calls behind the counter. All whilst I was stood there waiting for my food that was ready but they couldn’t be bothered to bag up and just give to me. Absolutely disgusting service and this isn’t the first time.
