Shift manager was extremely rude to the point where he cancelled my order because at 1st claimed it was too far after he had took my order. The driver had then called me and asked that he would make the order which I asked would the order not be cold now? The manager then had taken the phone off him and when I asked the question he kept cutting me off telling me he will cancel my order and shortly hung up. I called the store number again. He cut me off several times when I would speak attempting to asking a question. I eventually went to the store confronted him about his poor treatment as a customer and he used the excuse that he was busy drying the trays in the oven hence he was being short and rude with me on the phone. He’s extremely rude and if that shift manager can’t handle the work at quite hours he should leave the job. Shifts managers name was Faisal

Yesterday evening we ordered Pizza Hut after many years as we were craving it. We placed our order over the phone for delivery. Customer service was great, the man was polite & repeated the order for confirmation. We saw an offer to buy one pizza and get the other one for £2. We ordered two veggie sizzler pizzas one with tomato base, cheesy bites crust & the other one BBQ base thin crust. We enjoyed the pizza however, a few hours later we all had stomach pain we felt very sick. It affected us badly we were very disappointed. I felt so bad for my partner he was up all night in & out of the toilet. We won’t be ordering from Pizza Hut again after what we have experienced.

Today I came to the store the food was every delicious and the store manager was nice friendly guy I hope u guys continue like how it is 5stars
No salad the pizza was cold the box was wet from the rain and the box had been opened the pizza looked dried up and extremely unappealing, phoned up took 6 separate attempts to ring before it was even answered they really can't be that busy was just rude and didn't care at all was a complete waste of money this is unacceptable level of service no way to run a business at all.

We put in an order at 20:18 and waited for over an hour. At 21:40 I decided to go into the shop to see why it was taking so long. Unfortunately there was a technical glitch which meant that although I had an order confirmation, the order hadn't been sent to the team. The manager Shahzaib was very helpful and sorted the issue right away and gave us wedges to compensate the long waiting time. It was initially a very unpleasant experience but due to his good customer service, I will probably use Pizza Hut again. Thank you.

Pizza never turned up.Now 22:00 and showing on the tracker that it will arrive at 20:25-20:35.Phoned the store 8 times over the last 90 minutes and not picked up once.No way to get a refund or even cancel the order.

Absolutely useless, orders won't go through online and won't take delivery order over phone as 'no drivers available ', just save yourself time and go elsewhere.
