I think Caffé Nero does the best coffee out of all the high street coffee chains. A couple issues are that I often get the wrong change if I pay with cash and they never give me an extra stamp for using my own cup which is strange to me.Service can be a little slow so if you are in a rush I wouldn’t recommend. Coffee is always made well though and that’s what you want really. I no longer get syrups but often I feel that they aren’t mixed as well into hot drinks as they are into cold, especially with the pistachio.Good atmosphere and friendly staff.

Good coffee and pleasant service. The toilet though is horrendous, so filthy and smelled horrible.

Coffee was good as ever... Thank you. Food was okay, but not great. No toilets were available at the time.

Staff in this branch work absolutely tirelessly. Including looking after disabled and elderly people who come to this branch as a day out. Great management and baristas here. They deserve a lot more credit for the work they put in.Not to mention this is a very busy store and they are constantly cleaning.

This has to be the most horrendous coffee shop in the entirety of the UK.My coffee was served in a cardboard cup, when others were being served in ceramic ones. The many of the patrons seem to be on strong 'medication', Which I wish had been made available to the security guard.I enquired as to the closing time and was informed that it is 7:00 p.m. unfortunately I was forced to leave the establishment at 6:50 p.m., forcing me to drink my coffee in one shot.No 5 minutes warning was given, and the security guard had problems comprehending that when a business shuts at 7:00, then it means that it is open until 6:59.I recommend cafe Nero to provide additional training and education to the security guard in simple mathematics and the art of reading a clock. The coffee was reasonably good, so 4 stars, leading to an average rating of two stars.

The staff are nice. The table was dirty and there didn't seem to be anything to wipe it with.I couldn't use the restroom (I don't know if it was temporary or permanent), so I used the one at the cafe next door.In the UK, many cafes and restaurants don't have restrooms, so it's best to ask if you need them before purchasing.

Security guard did above and beyond for people and the baristas were working very quickly.Sausage roll looked to nice to take a photo of it before eating!
One of the best Caffe neros I have ever been to. Would highly recommend if your near this

Exceptional service when a staff member notices that you've made notes on a napkin and brings it back to your table to make sure you didn't need the notes. Thanks Mo!
