I recently had the pleasure of ordering from Domino's Pizza in Elephant and Castle, London, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The service was exceptional from start to finish, and the quality of the food exceeded my expectations.Firstly, the ordering process was seamless and efficient. The website was user-friendly, and I was able to customize my pizza exactly to my liking. The delivery was prompt, and the driver was friendly and professional.As for the food itself, it was absolutely delicious. The pizza was hot, fresh, and loaded with generous toppings. The crust was perfectly crispy, and the cheese was gooey and flavorful. Additionally, the sides and desserts were equally as tasty, and everything arrived at the perfect temperature.Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience at Domino's Pizza in Elephant and Castle. The service was top-notch, the food was fantastic, and the overall value for money was excellent. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a quick and delicious meal in the area. Staff here are disgustingly rude.Drivers do not know where they are going and after many attempts to direct, lied and say they can't find the address.Update: this dominos has now stolen my money after asking for my refund. Have noticed on my account it has been billed but no returned money.

I messed up my order and put collection instead of delivery. I phoned the shop and explained and they kindly delivered it to me, even though it was my mistake. I am very grateful and thank you to the staff for helping me.Vegetarian options: The Vegi Supreme is very tasty and, hooray, no courgette!

They are extremely slow to deliver. Often over 1 hour, but apparently they can charge £2.50 delivery for this since the pandemic on very expensive pizzas.They need to sort themselves out. Someone is making a lot of money at customers expense.

When trying to order my daughter used my phone. She gave the order over but then they requested my phone number so she passed the phone to me, when I asked what the problem was they just put the phone down. I rang up asking them why they disconnected no reply was given. Being only 10 minutes walk away I went in to collect it myself. On arrival, it was presented to me, I had to wait 10 minutes for them to come back for me to pay. On presenting my card they kept saying it was rejected 3 times. I went into my app and it said pending three times. After asking for a declined certificate, they only gave me two. One ringing up my card company they said there was something wrong with the security on the merchandise side and they my card company refused to go through with the approval.I believe my card was trying to be scammed, so I blocked it. By the time I got back, the food was stone cold and a complete waste of time & money. their attitude was to walk away from the counter and not bother to come back to address the situation. Update to my review. Customer service has contacted me to discuss my complaint. My answer to this is. “ it should have been dealt with at point of call. I or my family and Friends will never use DOMINOES PITZA OUTLETS AGAIN. This decision is made solely on first hand experience. It is up to the public on how to react on my review.

Mira was absolutely amazing. My order said it was delivered on JustEat yet I hadn’t received anything. I called the store and she picked up; she assisted me with my concerns and sent out my order again free of charge for the inconvenience. Perfect service ??

Quality of pizza not as it was. Constantly missing sauces. Got vegan pizza with dairy. Messed up orders. One star for the driver and his efforts!

Ordered a medium pizza with a side of potato wedges and a large garlic dip.Driver got lost, delivered cold food and 'forgot the garlic dip'. Told to ask for extra dip next time.One of the wedges were moldy, one a completely black interior and another with a large root grown out of it.Pizza was cold because driver can't use Google Maps?!Called to complain. Told the driver dropped and broke the dip (so one of them were lying to us) and that the potatoes are shipped that way. No excuse as there ought to be quality control at the store. Insisted on refund because we don't want freebies on account as we'll never order from there again. Disgusting, cold and poor service.Whomever is responsible for this area of Domino's needs a change of branch management and staff to get it up to scratch.

Order arrived with missing items, driver assured me they'd be back with them in five minutes. They never bothered coming back and then the store wouldn't pick up the phone for the nexthalf hour, and when they did they hung up after 1 second... Won't bother ordering again, would be fine if the driver returned, mistakes happen, but don't just leave people standing around.This was on Sunday 14th May at around 10pm. Store seem happy to just rob people basically rather than correct mistakes.
