Unfortunately the waiter that served us at Kennington Pizza express was very dismissive, inpatient and careless. He did not write down our order and therefor there was an issue with cross contamination and my 5yo had an allergic reaction.We always go to the Pimlico Pizza Express and never EVER had an issue.

Ordered a takeaway, 2 pizzas. They delivered one…cold! Spoke to manager who said he would resend two piazzas…waited over and hour and 4 phone calls later says he can’t do anything as it was through just eat…shocking! Avoid at all

The Kennington branch is fantastic. Julius and his staff are amazing and we always receive friendly and quick service. I have taken my class on a school visit and they also had a superb experience. Today myself and my work colleague dined for lunch and the atmosphere was lovely. The team are always friendly and welcoming, the space is clean and relaxing, and the food is always delicious and served quickly.Today especially, we were served by Julias and he made our experience 10/10.
