Ordered a couple of pizza, sides, drink today for delivery.Tracker said it had arrived between 21:10-21:15 but I hadn't. Had to call at 21:22 and was told it would be 4mins away. Arrived at 21:34, it was cold, like very cold so would have to reheat. Called to complain and was not given the help neededm only to wait longer for more food.I didn't want to wait any longer or get more food. I said I wanted a particial refund. He would not allow that at all. Offered free food tomorrow. I said no, I do not want any more pizza tomorrow. Just a particial refund.Had to hang up the call as would not understand where I was coming from and now complained via customer services. So dissatisfied

Wrong order delivered twice!! Ordered a farmhouse (ham and mushroom) and they delivered an Hawaiian. We rang to complain and they sent out the full order again.. and again delivered an Hawaiian! Would not order from again.. clearly a lack of quality control.

I've been coming here for lunch on a Friday for the past few weeks and have noticed that it's always the same lady behind the counter, by herself, dealing with customers and cooking the pizzas on one of the most busiest days of the week. Priya always has a smile on her face and is always polite no matter how busy she is. I am impressed with her professional manner and happy disposition. I can tell she works hard. Thank you Priya ?
