Great place to do your weekly shopping. Plenty of options from fresh fruit and veg, to frozen food to tinned and canned food. There is also a butchers, a pizza counter where you can perosonalize your own pizza, and a little counter for fresh korean and japaneese food (sushi, gyozas, korean fried chicen etc).

Couldn't find half the stuff I wanted. Lots of empty shelves and fridge cabinets. One item was put out without a barcode so there was a bit of messing about at checkout.

If the gay who opens the delivery gates is on break and I need to make a delivery why I need to wait until he returns from break to open the gate, is there no one else capable to open the delivery gates??? Seriously… I have 22 deliveries to do, so imagine if I have to wait more then 20 min on every store…. Wake up people!!!

My experience at the superstore was fantastic. The aisles were well-organized, making it easy to navigate. The variety of products available was impressive, from fresh produce to household items. The staff was helpful and approachable, assisting with any inquiries. The checkout process was efficient, and the prices were competitive. The overall cleanliness and ambiance of the store added to the positive experience. It's a one-stop-shop that I highly recommend for its convenience and quality offerings.

Excellent variety to shop from. Their new additional facilities makes checkout a bliss. I'm loving the collaborations with small businesses like "Cakebox" going on at this store. Amazing!

Always a great selection of sensibly priced items compared to other big supermarkets.Very big store, with lots of friendly and helpful staff to answer our questions when looking for items.Plenty of free parking.

Great for shopping but dear God, the state of the public toilets. Men's loos were out of order and the disabled one looked liked the last person to use it was the incredible Hulk. On a bad day. Mind you this was on a Saturday late afternoon of the weekend before Christmas...

The queues at the cash registers are terrible, they need more employees. The products are ok, but you can still find "started food packages" among the shelves. The employees are not very responsive, however, I would give the employees 4 stars, because I think that the salaries are miserable. P.S. The products are a bit "peppery" in price.

Mostly positive experience.Pros: if you want something, they probably have it. The many check-out stations make it a fast trip, usually. Staff is mostly friendly and knowledgeable.Cons: the management of products and labels is not impeccable: the occasional mislabelled item or vegetables in poor condition spoils the experience.

Good quality/price ratio. Took a star off because of the common misplaced items or unlabelled. Staff usually friendly and helpful.Very happy with the opticians.

I’ve been using the store for over 3 years now.Over a year ago I had a discussion with the lady in security due to beeping while going out the shop(I understand she had the right to check)The till will ask you if you want to print the receipt .i did not have a physical receipt to show her due to not printing it out.But the unprofessional attitude and the way she was demanding to see my banking app was out of this world.in the end I had to talk to her manager which very professionally moved on the side with me and calmed down the whole situation.Since the above has happenedWe feel we are being watched by the security woman and she enjoys making us feel uncomfortable every time she is in service and we visit the shop.Once again today she had an utterly behaviour towards us and assuming we had beeped in the exit and caused a sceneI have repeatedly told her that we are customers and she should not treat customers this wayHer answer wasI have been here 16 years !And I didn’t get itDoes it give her the right to treat people like this?I wouldn’t mind to be contacted and get this sorted once for allTried couple of times to talk to managers on duty but nothing has changedI don’t think is right to be feeling uncomfortable when walking into the shopThanks

We made and paid for an online shop that was due to be delivered yesterday between 2.30-3.30pm. They marked it as delivered & on calling said that the driver had gone to the wrong house?! This lead to hours on the phone to customer service simply asking for the order we paid for to be delivered to the correct address. They kept insisting on a refund because that would be easier for them which I said I did not want as we wan the food to be delivered. There are no slots left on the site for today and the money will not be refunded for another week. The "customer service" team wasted hours of my life yesterday telling me to wait in for a redelivery whilst knowing that it wasn't going to happen. Please get it delivered to us today.Edit to response- I don't want to send feedback I want the problem resolved. Please escalate as a formal complaint, I ask this by phone on Friday but haven't been contacted. When will my complaint be responded to?

Used the store late on a Tuesday night. The staff at the self checkout were very nice and helpful. That's the only good thing I have to say. There were only self checkout available which isn't helpful to me, the fridges and freezers all had their lights off making it near impossible to see the contents. The shelves were being restocked in almost every aisle and main walkway and there were so many full boxes, big carts, refuse and random bits of cardboard and plastic strewn all over the floor that it often made it impossible to get myself or my cart down the aisles, as a result there was loads of shopping I couldn't get. As a partially sighted disabled person with mobility issues, most of the store was an assault course of varying degrees of fall and slip hazards and general barriers to me being able to shop. I went in with a budget of £250 and a decent shopping list. Left after only being able to access £75 worth of what I needed and couldn't even go to the loo before I left. I ordered an Uber at the door and I'm glad I did because while I waited outside on m own, I was approached and harassed by guys begging/demanding money or things from my shopping bag and they were very persistent, hanging around and staring at me even after I politely said no to requests. There was no security or staff anywhere near the front of the store or drop off point and it was quite intimidating and made me feel very vunerable. I was very grateful my cab arrived in under 5 minutes. I deliberately shop late to avoid crowds and navigating obstacles, but my experience today was not a good advert for disabled accessibility or health and safety in the workplace or public area. But again, the staff I did speak to we're nice and I did get some nice biscuits.

Went there to the opticians as recommended by a friend. Compared to Specsaver's they are so much cheaper. I've saved myself nearly £250. The staff there was very helpful and I chose my glasses. One is prescription sunglasses and then the other is for everyday. Look forward to picking them up soon.
