Today I had to make a life changing decision. I walked into this branch to purchase a coffee (and use their toilet). The toilet stunk strongly of urine and it was evident that it had not been hygienically cleaned in some time. Not good. No excuses.After I ordered my coffee the staff member gave me one packet of sugar. Not being over weight and liking a sweet coffee I asked her politely for a few more. She reluctantly gave them to me as if they were coming out of her kitchen at home.I returned to my car to now drink my coffee and think about my decision.I sipped on my coffee (£1.49) and it tasted harsh, course and of very low quality. The staff here are very friendly and polite, the lovely lady that served us was very accommodating and made small talk with our children which made it a lot more enjoyable.We later realised that the lady that served us “Larissa” ( I hope I spelled it right), was actually the store manager ?Overall, great experience and good standard of quality, the shop was busy but clean and a good atmosphere.Thank you Larissa.A big contrast in the service between this store and the very bad service we received in costa bakers arms….I guess I’ll just stick to the Leyton mills store in the future

The outside seating area is disgusting. I've never seen anything like it. I don't mind clearing my own table but I was hard pressed to find a clean table for the cups and plates. Napkins, bottles and rubbish strewn aboutNot staff's fault. Only 2 on in busy place
