This KFC used to be good. I you order bargain bucket please check on the counter your food before leaving. out of 10 pieces of chicken at least 7/8 piece are well below standard, also despite its busy, I don't understand their chicken feels 1 day old not fresh at all. Perhaps they don't change oils often or using chicken which is nearly expired. Rice portion are only 2 spoon of rice in the container, it's like they think when people going to open they wouldn't see, I mean what is the point selling Rice when there are none in the container. Five lads, Manjaro and smoke \\u0026 pepper are expensive than KFC but at least you eat fresh and tasty. I guess KFC abusing their busy location and letting the standard down. My kids sometimes ask for KFC, just for the kids I go there. But from now on I'll be checking my food on the counter. Plus corn are absolutely rubbish, same old rotten feel to it. Fried chicken color is extremely dark brown not like old times. This is very very sad. I don't say that you do should not buy but check your food before leaving the restaurant, otherwise you'll be massively disappointed when you go home.

Extremely disappointing, used the interactive screen to order food for eat-in. It prompts to add table number so order can be brought over when ready ... sat waiting like idiots only to be find out when enquiring about order that our food was just sitting on the counter getting cold exposed to everyone until we picked it up, due to staff shortage.The food itself was cold, overcooked (very dark, not golden brown), extremely dry and tasteless. Some of the food, instead of crispy batter was soft as though it had been steamed rather than deep fried. My wife had ordered a tea but they didn't have any teabags (the outlet is within walking distance of a large Asda) so ended up with a bottle of water instead.No sugar supplied or offered with my coffee so had to go back to the counter to ask for some.Overall the whole experience was very disappointing, the food is nowhere near as nice as it used to be especially considering the prices now, I would definitely not be returning.

i wouldnt even give it one star. literally disgusting service. took so long for the food and only got one thing. the chips had a hair in it (im blonde and the hair was curly & brown so clearly not mine ?) i felt like i was going to throw up. they dont wrap the chicken up and its rlly messy for if ur getting a box meal. also as of 16.03.23 there is a rlly gross smell in there. do not recommend ?

Two self service machines and a manned till. Has a decent amount of seating and toilet, which is helpful. Can get very busy during to location.Kid-friendliness: Mostly full of families.Parking: Lots of free parking available

Ordered a 2 pc colonel meal but got only 1 pc. Was almost done out of a third soda if I didn't pull the guy up on it. Be it kfc or mcdonalds, the guys in London always get the order wrong and I end up being ripped off. Never happens in my local kfc in Pitsea. Those guys are legendary in comparison.
Absolutely the slowest service ever! I don't know how they do it but it's every time. And food always tastes tad more greasy and not very fresh. Avoid if you can.

A lady was waiting in the queue for 10minutes, as everyone else. On the moment she got her order, it was already cold, as the meal had already been exposed but no one called her number.On the time she got her meal is was cold, and she told this employee that her burger is cold, as him reply " Bin it, if don't like it". I took a picture of him .So if you want to be treated like that, best place to come is KFC Leyton ! Thx buddy for being rude !

It's not what was advertised, it's a regular order for me (due to late night shifts) the size of this is below what the regular size is, I have tried to explain the situation to the staff but their rude behavior did not allowed me to finish first and the next thing that I've been told is that they do not understand the problem with the size of my portion and would not so anything to help, did not even consider to get a refund, but wasn't offered that either

The food were amazing and with very aforable prices. They forgot to put fries in one of kid meal but I won't blame them as it was very busy. Overall very much going to be back soon as it is Halal.
