This week I bought a pack of frozen meat samosas. The quality of meat is not top class. With every bite I had to spit out fat and gristle. Please could you ensure your suppliers are selling you good quality meat so this doesn’t happen again. Samosas are only as good as the kheema they are made from..Thanks.

I recently bought a bag of chicken seek kebab's and realized it does not carry a production date, the expiry date is not printed on the package but carry's a manual sticker, how do i figure out whether it is good for consumption?

Not sure if these products are actually Halal, 'halal' need to be written in English on their products, in Arabic it is only treated as a symbol by trading standard. Can we see any Halal certification from the manufacturer, let's see if they will respond (if they do will update this review)Update 10/6/21- Company have sent a detailed response with details of supplier Halal certificates. Better to have the Halal certifier on the package like HMC logos, but guess may be a financial reason not to as the company is relatively small. Anyhow from the response I would say you can probably just trust them.

Use to make best seekh and shami kebab and now taste has deteriorated tremendously. I don't think i will be buying them anymore

I have been buying Nisa products for years. For the past year or two, it is extremely disappointing. I don't know what they have done to their ingredients, shami / Sheekh kebabs does not taste the same. I guess the company is now about profiteering and not caring about the name they have build over the years. Please have it fixed. I am going to stop buying for now.

Very disappointed in the Chicken Samoosas which contained bones !! Contacted Nisa and the female that answered the phone was not concerned at all . No offer of replacement at all.
