“I had to stop at the Costa inside Tesco at Leytostone to feed my daughter. I was served by a lady and she was nice but I was very impressed at how nice, warm and polite the young man was to all customers, specially to the elderly. Everyone knew him and he knew everyone. He obviously has a loyal clientele. It's rare to find such a nice customer care. Please, do not change!!”
