Nice coffee shop which looks great after its recent renovations work. Good selection of food & drinks. Friendly staff

Went to costa at 17:40 pm. I’ve been abused by one of the staff with F word, and this is because I requested a refund due to a poor taste of coffee she made. I also have a video of her screaming at me, this is one of the worst Costa coffee I’ve never been to, i have no option to share a video of her been aggressive towards me, other family were seating next to the till were also complaining about her behaviour before I came.I also going to contact the head office to make a further complaint.

Absolutely useless. Always forget items on delivery, in store service not great. Just avoid completely and use the other coffee shops on the high street, this one is really not worth your time.

Manager is outstanding, he was helpful and knowledgeable; even though the site has no Wi-Fi, the experience, sitting outside, was a joy.

They sell coffee, they have plugs for your laptop, they sell m&s sandwiches. But lacks WiFi.I mean, why? The place was not full so it couldn't be to encourage turnover. I was in there for an hour, 19 people came and went. I brought one coffee, would have been two if they had WiFi.Was about to write the next great English novel, instead wrote this review. Thank you Costa.

This place was in desperate need of a bit of TLC and it's had a refurbishment and looks great. Super clean and tidy. They now sell M&S food and it's a much better environment to enjoy a coffee

I must say Costa at other places is a bit better.Tastewise it is just okay nothing special here because normally they serve slightly cold coffee and I like it extra hot.But Costa coffee is very nice if served hot otherwise.Love the carrot cake from Costa and used to have better options in past about 4 to 5 years ago

Very rude customer service, no hello no how can I help. So rude... this lady's look that they are working for punishment. Coffee awful. Costa please change your staff

Last time my latte was lukewarm and undrinkable. Today the vanilla latte was way too sweet. Not sure how much vanilla syrup was put in here but its just too much. Ordered cheese toasties which they didn't bother to slice as normal.

Dear Costa,If you want to charge £3.25 per coffee that is your choice, but please unblock the greasetrap in your bathroom sink, and supply toilet paper.

Been here with our with our 21mth old grand daughter a few times. Okay for coffee and snack but take food and drink for little one. Staff friendly enough and generally not too crowded. Snacks on sweet side and coffee okay. Asked for cappuccinos at £2.75 but charged £3.05 without explanation, hence rated 3stars only.
