I went to pick up some food with too goo too go, and I went a bit in late cause I went at the wrong costa. But Angel the guy at counter when I arrived was very lovely and help me to sort it out! Thank you so much :)

Rude staff who get order wrong and waiting to be served while they're having a conversation and turn the blame on you for not been patient. And he has the cheek to say are regulars come first.

I just want to personally Thanks Ashley based at Terminal 3. She was very friendly and Intentive. I had a very long shift working in heathrow she saw how tired I was, I had forgotten to show her my pass. Luckily she saw my pass and initially sorted my discount. After a miserable day she made me fell appreciated! I have never had such fast quick service with an extra boast of morale. Thank you soo much I hope good fortunes for you. I must say the Rest of the team are amazing! Keep it up, I'll definitely be returning back as your regular !

The food that I ordered was okay however upon ordering I noticed that the cakes and pastries that were on display that we were urged to buy had flies in it. Allowing insects to roam where food is being prepared and served is unhygienic and downright poor service. If they allow such things to be displayed to customers, who knows the type of environment the actual kitchen has also.

I had to stop at the Costa inside Tesco at Leytostone to feed my daughter. I was served by a lady and she was nice but I was very impressed at how nice, warm and polite the young man was to all customers, specially to the elderly. Everyone knew him and he knew everyone. He obviously has a loyal clientele. It's rare to find such a nice customer care. Please, do not change!!

Enjoyed my lovely caffe late from the Terminal 3 Costa. Service was efficient, professional considering the line at the time of our visit. Friendly and helpful barista’s (Abdul) who is very helpful and professional ? and enjoying his job! Thank you for you’re warm welcome and doing you’re joh excellent together with your colleagues.

When you order the exact same drink as the customer before you, but the server offers them chocolate sprinkles on top but they don't bother to ask you, they just put that lid on and give you the drink.You tend to notice little things like that as every Costa I go to ask you this question before giving you a hot chocolate, therefore I can only conclude it was just this individual on this Sunday. It was the first and last time I go to that place, if the person doesn't like you for whatever reason just do your job.Two stars for customer service, I'm sure they are very nice and accommodating to everybody else, just not me I guess. No thanks I'll pass on this place.

Very nice and clean Costa coffee inside Tesco Leytonstone, The girls are very polite, you can fee the warm welcome when you there, they make the best and tasty coffee all times, always the same taste,I wish my local Costa in Walthamstow can provide the same service.Thank you to all Costa Coffee Tesco Leytonstone for your coffee and service.Definitely recommend ?????

Ended up spending the night in this cafe with vouchers provided by BA as baggage claim problems meant we had to wait until baggage reclaim reopened at 5am. Two staff on. Tables left full of debris for hours, floor dirty, mice seen running about and gained flea bites from the dirty "comfy" chairs. Really needs a deep clean and for soft furnishings to be renewed. Eye opening to see the reality of this place late at night. However that said, if it wasn't for the fact they were open 24 hours we would have spent the night on metal chairs.

It is so nice to be back at Costa Coffee at such a long absence I enjoy myself today in the now I had a meeting cappuccino and lemon muffin cake that cost £5.10pCosta Coffee in Leytonstone inside Tesco superstore and can't wait to come back again and enjoy the atmosphere of relaxing and chilled out with good coffee's ? and can't wait for Christmas now twentytwentyone
