Not sure if it was because it was a public holiday but the service by the lady who's name began with a K was awful. A smile, or hellos, please, thank you.. Are such an easy thing to do. it seemed to be an annoyance that we wete in the store. Food still good.

Went to get some breakfast this morning. They have no egg. Offered me to have a hot ham and cheese baguette and a coffe instead and charged me extra for heating it up. It's not cool Greggs

Nice enough staff but with the past 4 visits my flat white contained zero coffee on 2 occasions. Dodgy coffee machine? Staff sorted when I took back, but why?
