me and my partner was going through the drive through and once we got to the window to pay we asked for the manager the worker slammed the windows in our face. we then went in the shop the manager, dhanish he said don’t come back then and laughed in out faces. its disgusting customer service and embarrassing all we wanted was a krushem and 2 wings. you would think a manager would calm and resolve a situation not make it worse.

I Shared my issues with staff, I had with my last online order via Justeat whereby, I was given the wrong order. I expressed my concerns of things running out in the store such as ketchup, mayonnaise, pepsi and beans. In a polite and light manner. I also informed them the last bucket I had consisted of 4 breast and 3 wing chicken pieces and was not happy that so many dry pieces of meat was in the box. Today,I was shocked to come home and the 10 piece family feast had 3 Breast pieces when I spoke to them and informed the staff I didn't was any breast pieces in my box. Chips and chicken were incredibly oily and soggy. Never again, they don't listen to customer request. This has to be the Last time I'm going leytonstone KFC , the service and customer care is terrible, again no Pepsi only orange tango. Gosh! can't they get it together.

I go here match days when leyton orient play and its always packed with leyton orient fans so it must be difficult to keep up with service for staff but it definitely isn't they keep up they serve well they deal with customers fantastic the recipe is kept to and atmosphere is absolutely buzzing in and out of

Unhygienic staff never wear gloves to do the burgers even don't wear gloves while tidying the surface.

paid by card contactless they said the payment didn't go through I then paid again checked my bank and was charged twice I showed them and they all started shouting no, no you wasn't charged twice when it clearly showed I was I then had to contact the Head office going back and forth with emails and proof to show I was charged twice I think got my money refunded a week later and had to waste alot of my time pay with cash! unless you want to be charged twice
